Earth Work on excavation for foundation in all soils and subsoil such as hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton soil, hard red earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly, soil and deposit on bank with an initial lead and life as per ss20B.

Supply delivery and filling of red Gravel in Layer of not more than 15cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyance of sand at site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supplying and errecting shuttering including necessary supports for plain surfaces in foundation and Basement R.C.C. coloumn footings plinth Beams etc., complete Complying with standard Specification.Plain surface

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc., Complete complying with standard specification in force per KiloGram.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five sand) using best quality country bricks including cost and conveyance of all materials to working site in super sector curing etc. complete. Complying with standard specifications and has directed by departmental Engineers. Including cost and conveyance of all materials to working site etc.

Weathering course over roof slab using 20 mm size brick jelly mixed with pure slacked lime no sand to be used. The proportion being 32:121/2 including cost and convenience of all materials to working site, well beating with wooden beaters giving necessary slope and thickness including finishing neatly etc.

Finishing the weathering course with one course of machine pressed, pressed tiles of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 2 cm in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement – three sand) mixed with crude oil 10 % by the weight and pointed with same oil mixed mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 10mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Wiring with 3x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A F.T switch (Two way) In flush with wall and covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour as standard specification Main Box

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 Nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos.
