SCHEDULE 'A' PART - I (LIFT WORK)

Design supply, install, testing & commissioning passengers lifts, with capacity of 8 Nos passengers (544 Kg) , speed 1.5 metre/sec, lift with single speed motor 415 volts, 3 phase, AC 50Hz supply conforming to ISI4665, suitable to serve G+06 upper floors with AC variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive(elecric motor driven mechanism) sliding stainless steel dooors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infrared sensor in full height of door and built-in Floor announcing system set complete all as specified and directed. The lift shall be provided with and including the following : (i) Battery operated emergency light (LED ceiling type) alarm (speaker for emergency alarm system) and stop button in car with rechargeable arrangement of battery.Call Register Signal and Vf Door Operator.(ii) Four sleek circular light fittings for false ceiling d) One sleek circular PVC heavy duty fan in false ceiling (iii) Aluminium chequered plate (3mm thick) as flooring, joint in chequered plate should not be more than one and top covering with PVC flooring complete.

(iv) Non stop button/independent operation, Two way intercom with press & speak in COP (v) Overloading warning indicator visual type (vi) Front landing door of stainless steel moon rock finish operation with minimum time of 10 seconds and up to a maximum time of 30 seconds (vii) Car size shall be in confimity with IS-3534-1976 and body to be stainless steel of 16 gauge moonrock finish with stainles steel hand rail 38 mm hairline finish, provision for physically Handicaped and SS Braille Button with SS cover (viii) Set of three in number limit switches at bottom and top most position of lift hoist way as specified in lift IS and provide Pit ladder (ix) Specification plate with complete details and Lift Out of Order box (English and Hindi Language) (x) Continous earthing for machine and equipments (xi) Wire rope of adequate size as per relevent IS and as per manufacturer specification (xii) Other standard features and fittings like guide rails,sheaves, counter weights with guards, buffers gear unit brakes, control panel, locks governer, car operational panel, power control and trailing cables complete including demolition of existing brick work for door opening, plaster and painting match with existing surfaces at every floor as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note 2: (a) The bidder to visit the shafts where lift is to be installed. (b) The lift Machine is to be installed above the shaft. (c) Addition alteration to the approach of the lift machines is to be done in the rate quoted. (d) Lift panel and Machine should be easily accessible for repair and Maintenance. (e) Locking arrangement to the lift machine room is to be provided in the rate quoted. (f) defect liability period will be two years from the date of completion / commissioning . (g) Cost of spares required during DLP will be arranged by the contractor. (h) Comprehensive maintenance of the lift during the defect liability period is responsibility of the contractor and the quoted rate deemed to be included against this item.

Supply & Fix Single point Air termination Aluminium rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long with base plate of aluminium of size 125x125x10mm fixed over hylem sheet of 175mmx175mmx10mm fixed on roof top all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Aluminium strip 25x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix GI strip 32mm x 6mm Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix VTPN MCCB DB 4 way 415V ,50 Hz double door IP 43 protection with 200 A rated bus bar for provision MCCB as incommer and MCBs for outgoing circuits complete, fill empty space with blank plate and making good the disturbed areas as per existing surfaces completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix DPX-3 160 MCCB,63 Amp,4P, 415V ,50 Hz , 16 KA completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix DX3 ELCB,40 Amp,DP, 240V ,50 Hz ,30 MA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix DX3 MCB,6 to 32 Amp,SP, 240V ,50 Hz ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to ground to GI earth strip size 32mmX6mm by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PART - I ,connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC 1:3:6 type c-1 as in pit , 20 mm dia GI pipe, Medium grade for watering pipe, 40 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection connected upto DBs,Lift Panel and suitable RCC top cover with charcol,salt in 15cm layers and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate quoated deemed to be include excavation and earth work in any type of soil with PCC type B2 in pad and pit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanaised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 35 sqmm nominal cross section in service connections stranded conductor 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 16 sqmm nominal cross section in service connections stranded conductor 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
