M & L for cleaning of blocked/chocked CI / PVC (SWR) pipe line of 100 mm dia from WC to gully trap, manhole or from cleaning eyes in any depth by mechanical means and well flushing the complete line including removing of sludge /waste to low lying areas within 200 m distance and buring the same properly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers duly set in cement mortar 1 : 4 as wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of blocked WC incl cleaning line from WC trap upto first manhole by mechanically means complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of blocked nahani trap of bathroom, kitchen & WHB including cleaning of pipe line upto gully trap as required by mechanically means complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of blocked gully trap by mechanically means complete all as specified and directed.

Taking off existing covers of septic tank, cesspool, soak well, lift well, soak pit or manholes and cleaning the same of any size/capacity by dewatering and taking out sludge in liquid mud, silt or in solid state after emptying the water with the help of combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on vehicle having facilities of high pressure of water thermoplastic fiber blended water jetting hose & through conical or round shape nozzle pipe and removing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 1500m and burying the sludge in newly excavated pits of suitable sizes and covering the same with excavated earth and placing back in position the removed covers and set in cement mortar 1 : 4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Use bleaching powder for disinfection purposes in all stages of cleaning, no separate payment will be made for this)

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide & n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide & exc 1.50 m but n.exc 3 m in depth for foundation etc or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm dia, class NP 2 with one collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipe in Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm stone aggregrate including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested of 300 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

Taking out / demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of dia 150 mm dia set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L SWG drain pipe 150 mm internal dia, grade `A' laid in trenches & jointed in cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) as in bed of drain pipes including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any descreption and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Brick work with flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for brick work with Sub class ‘B’ Bricks (except bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PVC valve less syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity low level white with inlet ball valve, float flush pipe and handle including bracket fixed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI pipe medium grade 15 mm dia bore galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for & forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished & reforming benching as required for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 62 above but for 200 mm dia pipe complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M & L for Non Skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm ( 300 x 300 mm ) in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement complete all as specified and directed.
