M&L for joint free ceramic tiles edge to edge joint 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.18 me but n exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc ivory colour as approved set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in floors and paving's n exc 15 cm thickness (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in Sub base for flooring/levelling coarse, sunken floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

MS funnel, wire gauge. 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4, type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos. 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of schedule Part-I.
