M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) 150mm thick as sub bases all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (Type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded agregate)40mm thick as in floor finished to receive tiles all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

M&LScreed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick for laying floor finish in CM1:6 all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

M&L hydrulic pressed coloured cement concrete tiles 300mmx300mmx25mm,set,jointed and pointed in thick neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with white cements and pigments all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4(using 20mm graded aggregate) in cover slab,with plain fair faces including necessary form work & set in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for excavation in post holes in hard /dense soil each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returninng, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around inlayers not exc 25cm, watering & removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m & making good surface all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete type B2 1:3:6(using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations of posts all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel 10mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required inclouding cranking bending spirally for hooping to columns hooking ends with and including mild steel wire not lessthan 0.9mm dia conforming to IS 1786 complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 10 above but 6mm to 8mm dia all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on concrete and brick masonry surface and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

M & L three coat of white wash on new plastered surfaces on walls including preparation of new plastered surfaces all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 250m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated FRLS copper cable 1100 volts grade single core drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit of 20 mm dia along with 1.5 sqmm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire PVC insulated 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly fixed to wall/ ceiling roof with and including 2 mm thick MS sheet fabricated terminal boxes flush mounted for mounting the switches, sockets, fan regulator etc as required with 3mm thick laminated hylum sheet top cover for One light point or one fan or exhaust fan point and one 5A socket point, controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge. Note : Wiring colour code to be used as per IE rules.

All as item No 27 above but for Point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC sheathed FRLS copper conductor cable, with PVC conduit for 5 pin socket outlet 15 amps, independent, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 amp, flush type universal complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S & F for Switch piano, FLUSH TYPE, Single pole, One way, 5 Amp all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Exhaust Fan, 230volts, single phase, with luvours complete size 380 mm sweep complete with all accessaories. And incl M &L for 3 core copper flexible cable suitable size from ceiling rose to exhaust fan motor complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing for Double door, 240V, Single pole and Neutral, 4 way with 200 amps rated bus bar Sheet Metal enclosures for DBs when MCBs to be used complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for Isolatar Single Pole and Neutral, 240V, 20A all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

S & F MCB SP, 5 to 32 Amps 230volts, 10KA, C curve all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI earth wire of 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel connected to earthing test point, main DB, panel board, continuous earth lead protected by 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade, 20 mm bore dia GI pipe for watering, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit, RCC chamber cover with suitable reinforcement complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR part-I of 2009 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
