REPAIRS TO STREET LIGHTS

Supplying & Fixing of weather proof box of size about 200mm x 140mm x 95mm deep made of SMC with 1No 6Amp SP MCB with din channel, 6way bakelite connector i/c fixing on the exisitng clamp, etc as reqd [M/s Sintex or similar approved make]

Disconnecting & removing the damaged MS Box and burnt cable along with damaged end terminations from the existing street light poles, Supplying and fixing of suitable size clamp made of 20mm x 5mm (nominal) MS flat apprximatelong on the existing street light pole i/c cutting to the required size, drilling providing necessary hardware, welding, painting etc as reqd.

Construction of brick pedestal of size approx. 0.45mtrx0.45mtrx0.60mtr after clearing the damaged concrete/brick masonary i/c providing cement concrete to street light poles, plastering and color washing etc as required

Supplying & Laying of 40mm outer dia HDPE PVC pipe with accessories as per dept. Specifications in Hard/ Soft soil i/c excavation of earth, laying Pipe, refilling the trench and making good the damages etc as reqd.

Supplying and Laying of 2 Core 6 Sqmm size PVC insulated PVC sheathed, Alu. Condr. Armoured UG cable of 1.1KV grade as per Dept. specifications in existing pipe/ surface of wall/pole etc a reqd. (Make: Polycab, Havells or Superior make)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 2x6 sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

SITC of 30W high power LED street light fitting on existing pole complete with all accessories suitable for 230V, 50Hz, AC supply, fixing on the existing bracket, interconnections, transportation, arranging ladder etc., as reqd. (M/s Crompton Greaves LDSTR30CDL / Havells or SS make)

S/F of 50W LED type flood light fitting on the exsiting street light poles including connections with existing wire, testing etc as reqd. (M/s.Philips BVP103 or SS make)

S/F of Analouge/Digital time switch suitabel for 240 volts, 50Hz AC supply, i/c removing the faulty timer etc complete ar reqd. Make ;- L&T/GIC or SS

S/F of 2pole 25 Amps contactor for street light suitable for 240 volts, 50Hz AC supply etc as reqd. Make :- L&T MNX-2P CS90232 or SS Make

S/F of pin type holder in exisitng street light fitting i/c removing the faulty threaded type holder etc as req.

Supplying and Fixing of Pin type 9 Watts LED bulb in the existing fitting etc as required (M/s Wipro or similar BESCOM approved)
