Taking out LT XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable alongwith all joints of any size from trenches wall/roof /Pole complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply and fixing Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethylene (HDPE) pipe of size 50 mm diameter following sizes as per IS 14930 (Part-2):2001, Laid in trenches/floors and fixed on walls/poles, with and including neccessary fittings such as bends, sockets and other connected accessories etc., for laying of electric cables, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item ser No 2 above but of size 90 mm diameter

Supply, laying and testing 10 Sqmm 2 core LT XLPE insuated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured earthed electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, heavy duty in trenches/along pole or wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charges. Note:- 1. Excavation and earth work, DWC pipes, clamps, and cable joint shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items :-

Note:- 1. Excavation and earth work, DWC pipes, clamps, and cable joint shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items :-

Excavation in trenches by mechnical means (hydraulic excavator) not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out all kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Chrage.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply & laying in repair 40mm bore galvanized steel tubing "light grade" with all fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Chrage. .

Road cutting for UG cable under road/railway crossing, pavement, hardstanding by mannually means, protection GI pipe for cable of required dai and making it good to match with the adjoining surface/structure for after cable passing complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI pipe and PCC will be measured and paid against respective items.

M&L for tesitng of faulty LT XLPE/PVC armoured cable of any size and any position at CAD Pulgaon by using LT voltage testing kit installed on movable vehicle complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage. Note : This job includes cost of vehicle transport from Nagpur to Pulgaon and back

Supply & Fixing in repair 6 -16 Sqmm 4 Core cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 and 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage. .Make 3M-Seal/Birla/Denson:- Note : Excavation, returning filling, and removal shall be measured and paid separatly under relevant item of this BOQ

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) or serviceable tilted Panel of any type and any size, from Location and removal from site all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole upto ground level complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/plinth block/ road trench filling including necessary form work all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

M& L for taking out LT feeder panel front and back type opening replace old clamps and fix new hinges by drilling or belding as per condition , replaced burnt out lugs and insulation , proper, insulation taping to XLPE cable and painting inner and outer side , top and bottam, including cleaning of grass around, from the panel till 2mtr and from road to panel for easy operation complete all as specified and drirected by Engr-In-Charge

M& L for taking out LT feeder panel all cables from loops, for fixing GI Pipe for cable protection and making new foundation in place of broken foundation with PCC 1:4:8 in 40 mm graded stone aggregate and re-fixing all cables with proper lugs after inserting through GI pipe complete. Note :; PCC shall be measured and paid in the respective items.

S&F for Indicator lamp neon/LED type (set of three )

S& F for Panel Wiring with suitable size PVC insulated PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade FRLSH type with copper conductor multistranded cable not less than 1.5 sqmm with lugs on both ends of cable.

Material and labour in replacement/repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 50mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed. S and F in repair loop in / loop out box of internal size 250 x 210 x 115mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 16 Amps rated 2 pole connector - 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing rusted/broken out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated for cable cover frame work, from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of unserviceable ACSR Conductor with new ACSR conductor including jumpers of suitable size including binding properly on the existing OH line with clamp, nuts & bolts etc.complete all as specified and directed.

supply and fixing in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size

supply and fixing in replacement of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade

M&L for replacement of shackle type porcelain, vitreous white brown or insulator working under 1100 volts grade , pressure of height 75 mm & 90mm dia insulators, dia of bolt 12mm , section of straps 31 x 3mm, washers, nuts complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of guard wire under LT Over head line Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular,fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia

Trimming and cutting of tree branches(not more than 50 mm girth) coming across LT over head line clearing the line around 2m single/both sides and and disposal of branches from site exeeding 50m and not exceeding 250m from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Due care is to be given while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there should no damage to over head line conductor/pole. In case due to any negligence, damage is caused to be make good/renewal by the contractor from his own resources and nothing extra is admissible. (ii) All Safety to labourer must be adhered by the contractor during trimming and cutting of tree branches.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of existing PCC/Steel pole with new steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper, plug, bolts, nuts & washers as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) including re-fixing of removed accessoreis such as ACSR/AAC conductor, cables, street light fittings, clamps, nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note :- Excavation, MS work and PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down rusted anticlimbing device and providing anticlimbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round/square/flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding into halves made to shape to suit the cross section of steel/RCC poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing all connections, bindings etc of ACSR/AAC conductor on existing LT poles & stretching of ACSR/AAC conductor upto required sag of any size and cross section of conductor and stretching of GI wire on existing pole including making necessary connection & binding with binding wire including cutting of tree branches from both sides upto the stress on each side complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down U/S stay assy and M&L for stay assy comprising of MS stay plate of size 23cmx23cmx6mm thick, stay rod with nuts 215cm ling 20mm dia , MS/GI stay bow 40cm lingh with 2 Nos GI thimbles, galvanized stay wire standard size 7/4mm of suitable length, loop insulation size 65x90mm clearance of hole 16mm & other accessories including excavation earth work & PCC work complete all as per SSR Pt-1 plate No-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for in replacement of LT 1100 volt Line rigid PVC spacers type 4 lines complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
