B) Supplying and fixing in position colour glazed EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET with 'P' or 'S' trap and double flapped seat cover, 12.50 litres capacity P.V.C. low level FLUSHING TANK including all internal fittings fixed on C.I. brackets, 12mm PVC or brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stopcock, 12mm nylon connection with necessary teakwood plugs, clamps, screws to the portion coming with walls and floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition.

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm guage hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Special Ceiling Plastering in cement motor 1:3 mix (one cement, three sand) 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Daddoing with glazed titles of size 300x200x6mm of approved make and quality and clour cement mortor 1:2 10mm thick and pointing with white cement including finishing jointing and polishing with glossy finish etc complete as per std specification.

Paving the floor with Vertified tiles of approved make and quality and clour of size 300x300x10mm in cement mortor 1:3, 20mm thick and pointing with white cement including finishing jointing and polishing with glossy finish etc complete as per std specification

Supplying and fixing M.S.grill to doors, special windows and ventilators etc as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill including one of cost red oxide and fixing in position etc., complete (as per the schedule of rate) SL.NO.182 Q3

Painting the new iron work in all floor two coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and brand over one coat of primer including scrapping and preparation of surface, cost of breshes and neat finishing complying with stadard specifications.

Painting the walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Ready mix plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers (S.l.No.359-A)
