Supply of FD DVS STI Freeze Dried STI-12 STI-13 STI-14 STI-15 500 Unit Pack Size and 200 Unit Pack Size to Belagavi Milk Union Belagavi for Two Years

1(a)The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured supplied the materials similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required in any one of the last three years. b)Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer,meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided:(i)the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC and(ii) the tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer, has supplied satisfactorily at least 30% of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years

The tenderer should furnish the information of last three years past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in proforma under Section XII.

3. The tenderer should provide last three years audited balance sheet with duly signed by C.A.

4.The tenderer must have achieved a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 2 crores in at least one of the last two financial years

5. Each tenderer should furnish the proof of documents FOR the above along with the PAN/GST registration, Service Tax & ESI registration certificate, etc., as applicable.
