Supplying and erection of Cast Iron steel tubular pole of 3000mm length with Double bracket made out of cast Iron with Galvanised Steel Tube pole finish with polyster with base plate 220x220. The poles to be primer coated and painted with polyster/ black paint/gray. Brackets are made out of Milld steel & aluminium and suitable for Heavy duty ornamental poles.The pole provided with a service window at bottom profile comprising 4-way 25 Amp connector terminal and a MCB etc. The pole to be mounted on a 1:2:4 cement concrete base (pedestal) of 450X450 mm and 450 mm L-Type foundation bolts 4x16 mm dia. with nuts, templates and all complete as per approved drawing.Foundation RCC 1:2:4 shall be of size 450x450mm and depth 900 mm c/c as per approved drawing.The foundation shall extend above sorrounding ground/driveway level for 200 mm and have slant 63mm dia. PVC sleeve cast insitu foundation for cable entry as per the drawing, complete in all respects as required:-Make:-Twinkle Bajaj, K-lite or any other make approved by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fixing Cable junction box of size 200mmX160mmX98mm IP 55/IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry without terminals, complete with all accessories including connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.MakeHensel ,Diplast, Hager or its equivalent make with best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground; to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation and refilling the trench etc.as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering:-

Supplying and drawing following size of PVC insulated, heat resistant, flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in existing surface / recessed, Steel/PVC conduit as required. 3x1.5 sqmm.

Supplying and fixing of following way, single pole and neutral sheet steel MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus- bar, wire-set, neutral link, earth bar, din-bar, detachable gland plate, blanking plate, cable, identification labels interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted, including earthing etc. as required:-

P/F of 40 mm bore dia G.I. pipe A Class for Service connections of the building with best satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying of double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipes for underground power/communication/signal/OFC cable, protection with IS:14930 partII mark on it, as required in all respects in eisting trench at site.Make:-Telerex, Sriram, Duraline Bajaj,or any other make approved by Engineer-in-charge
