Providing of HT UG cable of 3C x 300 Sq.mm, 11kV,XLPE insulated, aluminium conductor, armoured cable, insulation screened with extruded semiconductor compound in combination with copper tape (0.3kA for 1 sec), cores laid up, extruded PVC inner sheathing, GI flat wire armoured and overall extruded PVC sheathed cable confirming to IS 798 part -II with latest amendments and specifications.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 500KVA Diesel Generator set complete with all accessories like engine, alternator, batteries with leads, control panel, base frame, anti-vibration mounts, silencer, 1000 liters fuel tank, AMF panel with 415V, 4 poles,1250 A Rating,50KA for1 sec, ACB with protective devices, current transformers with suitable ratio for metering and protection, earth fault relay, Supply and termination of DG power Cable Supply of 3.5 Core, 240sq.mm(1100V grade AL-ARMOUR cable) with LT switchgear panel etc. other miscellaneous accessories for the total set including test trial run at load for 6 hrs. (Inclusive of consumable oil,diesel etc.) Control wiring, annunciation etc. The DG set shall be equipped with all electrical and mechanical protections.

Providing and Installation of class NP2 Reinforced concrete, light-duty, non-pressure pipes (Hume pipe) having internal dia of 450mm with ±5mm tolerance, minimum barrel wall thickness of 35mm having ultimate load withstand capacity of 24.27KN/linear meter, of length minimum 2/2.5/3meter to be used in UG cable laying works near road crossing. The pipes supplied must conform to IS 458:2003.

Providing and fixing HT cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Providing of Aluminium tag required of tagging of HT cable with the details of the cable to be engraved in Black colour in the tag and tying of the cable tag at every 3mtr intermittent locations where ever layed in Pipes, End terminations, trenches.

Providing and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories for end termination of HT power cable 11kV grade, XLPE insulated, semi conductor coated, PVC sheathed armoured aluminium 3C x 300 sq.mm as per IS 13573 with mechanical bolted lugs and co-extruded dual wall tubing compressing inner stress control layed and outer insulating non tracking layer, conductive breakout and tubing etc.

Providing and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories for end termination of HT power cable 11kV grade, XLPE insulated, semi conductor coated, PVC sheathed armoured aluminium 3C x 300 sq.mm as per IS 13573 with mechanical bolted lugs and co-extruded dual wall tubing compressing inner stress control layed and outer insulating non tracking layer, conductive breakout and tubing etc.

Providing and installation of manufactured and tested metallic H-pole of dimensions depth of section 152mm and width of flange 152mm having weight of 37 kg/meter. Pole installation scope includes preparation of required excavation for foundation, installation of the pole in the pit with PCC of 1:2:4 and curing as shown in the drawing. The Mild Steel shall be conforming to IS: 2062-2011

Providing and Installation of 400A off-load ,double break, Triple Pole, Outdoor type, gang operated AB switch with earth switch, both inter locked - mechanically, including Porcelain insulators suitable for 11kV system. The construction of Each pole of Isolator consist of galvanized steel base, post type insulators of reputed make, moving and fix contacts, bearing type revolving base linkages for turn and twist operation, steel tubes and M.S. turned grippers are provided for coupling the phases as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and erection of galvanized stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 meters long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Providing and erection of three piece non linear type Lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire 11V overhead lines with rated voltage 9kV RMS with nominal discharge current rating of 5kA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts , nuts, washer etc. as required.

Providing and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 meter below ground and connection to earth pit, as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.( jointing shall be done by overlapping with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Dismantling of existing 11kV 3 phase overhead line dog conductors, roll in an empty drum. Rate shall be for 3 runs of Aluminium conductor’s together.

Dismantling of existing of 11kV Over head line poles and fittings/structures completely with all accessories and handing over to NPCIL Sub- station.

Removing of existing UG, HT cable of 11kV grade by excavation from the ground, roll in an empty cable drum and handing over to NPCIL Sub- station.

Providing and fixing of chain link fencing to MS angle post using PVS coated GI wire chain link fencing 50x50x9 G as per IS 2721 using GI wire with 6mm dia MS rods tied vertically on posts including providing PVC coated 4mm dia GI wire horizontally at top and bottom, 6mm dia MS rods tied vertically on posts using GI binding wire etc. complete as drawing and specifications.

Casting of Fencing pedestal: providing and casting of RCC pedestal with dimension of (0.4x0.4x0.6 mtr) by making required excavation at required dept in all kinds of soil, Providing and fabrication of RCC steel bars (12mm four no’s and 8mm three no’s), cement, gravel, sand etc, concreting in grade of M20, shuttering arrangements and all other accessories required to complete the casting of pedestal as per technical specifications.

Providing and installation of fabricated MS steel structures required for this works as per technical specifications and IS standards.

Providing and using of (HYDRA /CRANE) 14 TON capacity for H pole erection, shifting and movement of metallic poles, cable drums, and for other activities as directed by NPCIL Engineer in charge.

Providing and using JCB for bush clearance, excavation leveling dozing the undulated areas mechanically and the rate inclusive of lubricants fuel and operator and hire charges of machinery including disposing of debris for cable laying and removing the metallic H-pole of 11kV overhead line work, and for other activities as directed by NPCIL Engineer in charge.

Providing and using of 40 feet long goods carrier vehicle for shifting of materials such as Over head line conductors, metallic H poles and accessories of 11kV over head Line network , HT cables rolled in drums, and deposit them at the custody of NPCIL as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Preparation of existing room by dismantling all equipments, pipe lines and foundation base/footing. The room's floor surface area shall be made suitable for erection of 500KVA Diesel Generator.

Laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 3Cx 300 sq.mm, 11 KV grade directly buried in ground. The work includes excavation, sand cushioning and refilling etc as required.

Providing and installation of protective precast RCC cable cover of length 1000mm, width 180mm, thickness 45mm, peak thickness 65mm and refilling the trench etc as required ,HT caution notice shall be marked on the cable cover.

Excavation work near road crossing by horizontal directional drilling (HDD) method of installation, also commonly referred to as directional boring or guided horizontal boring. The work includes drilling a hole of 500mm/20 inch dia at a depth not less than 1meter near road crossing. This work shall include all services, equipment, materials, and labour.
