Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work using 'B' class brick in cm (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 mtr mean radius except brick complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3.00 but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Old serviceable bricks obtained from item No 2.00 shall be reused after cleaning.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings including form work complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) Type B1 Noiminal mix (using 20mm graded agg) Cement concrete in foundations, filling & mass-concrete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of bricks work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on wall including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls of any description by washing, rubbing down and applying one coat of cement base paint complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and change of existing colour including removal of sclaed paint and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of tiles/stone slabs of any description or thickness, laid dry or laid dry and pointed in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick sand filling under floors for laying of PCC interlocking paver block etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC interlocking paver block 60 mm thick (ISI marked) M-35 Grade mixed with grey cement and pigment, laid dry and bedded on sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The pattern of paver block as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.. (Note : Sand cushion will be paid separately)

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed with grey cement and pigment including 20mm screed bed with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

S&F . in repair, Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or typing at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire stapples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for treating the surface including grinding and polishing with beeswax polish in terrazzo floors/Kota stone flooring complete all as specified and directed. (Necessary T&P will be provided by contractor) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.5 mm thick including reflecterising materials glass beads including cost of all materials labour machineries and T&P etc required for proper completion of work including all other charges. The finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per specification No 803 as per IRC painting lines, dashes, arrows and letters etc on roads, pavements and the like not exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles as necessary, gusset plates, MS Flat, rivetting in door/gate etc n.exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe- 290 Gde E-165,complete all complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed..
