Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls upto double storey consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering using factory made water-resistant ready-mix plaster on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces of walls, upto four storey height, applied as per manufacturer’s recommendations and finished even and fair, including necessary scaffolding, protective measures and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: Ultratech Readiplast / SmartCare Ready Mix Plaster / JSW Enduroplast or equivalent approved)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old painted surfaces of EXTERNAL WALLS, SOFFITS OF CHAJJAS, ROOF PROECTIONS, FASCIA ETC by scrapping and removing treated surfaces with mechanical wall sander (having vacuum mechanism for suction) having minimum 1500 RPM, sanding pad of 80 grit size having 7"-9" dia (as required) incl cleaning, watering to make the surface clean & free from dust, etc incl necessary scaffolding, safety & protective measures upto any height of buildings complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting open visible cracks in existing walls, RCC structures to a ‘V’ groove, cleaning thoroughly to remove dust, loose particles, and laitance, and filling with approved acrylic / epoxy crack filler paste, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for applying 1.5 mm thick waterproof wall putty in two layers on old or new plastered surfaces of external walls, soffits of chajjas, roof projections, fascia, etc., of any building height, finished to a smooth and even surface, including all necessary surface preparation, scraping, sanding with sandpaper, scaffolding, safety, and protective measures, complete in all respects as per specifications and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of suitable exterior primer of approved make using airless spray technology capable of operating single spray gun with hose of adequate length for any building height including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed.
