Deep Drilling of 125 mm dia Bore Hole by using ODEX method and Providing / installation, testing, commissioning of submersible pump set at 03 Nos Locations in Poonch District under Capex Budget 2022-23 (PRI Grants).

Deep drilling of bore hole 125 mm dia as per the strata encountered including installation, testing and commissioning of Mark-II hand pump as per IS specifications by using ODEX method. The job includes extraction of MS casing pipe if any required during the drilling work and construction of platform as per site conditions.

Cost of 125 mm dia. MS Casing Pipe. The 125mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4mm conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 ‘C’ class (Part-I) 2004 (Heavy C – Class) electric resistance welded beveled ended inside beed free pipes. The firm required to submit manufacturer test check certificate of materials used. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be beed free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments.

Providing fitting & installation of submersible pump set of desired specification as per discharge of the bore hole. The job includes providing, fitting of all electro-mech equipments as required at the site.
