Supply & Delivery of 5-TR capacity concealed type Split Air Conditioner of following specification : rated cooling capacity : 60,000 BTU/Hr. compressor : 2 Nos Rotary type. refrigerant : R- 410A, IDU : 2no. of 230V,50Hz,1-Ph. ODU : 1no. of ,415V,50Hz,3-Ph. Air-flow/per IDU:-1000CFM. Casing size of IDU : (1130mm x280mm x532mm)(WxHxD) approx, Casing size of ODU : (1150mm x500mm x795mm)(WxHxD) approx, (Make : Hitachi/O-General/Mitsubishi Elect./Eqv. EIC Approved).

Lifting,Shifting,Installation,Testing & Commissioning of IDU & ODU of following capacities concealed type Split Air Conditioners machines,after making hole in ceiling /wall on mending good the damages to the original finish as required & necy. scaffolding arrangement,labour cost etc.on both side(IDU & ODU Installation), and also connecting rod/rope from the ceiling must be attached into the machine by nuts,bolts etc. as per recurement with incl. Supply of required Refrigerant R-410A ,S&F of necy. fixing arrangement for indoor & Outdoor duly painted etc. as per direction of EIC if required. i). 7.5Tr.

Supply fabrication and fixing specically for indoor unit should be supported with ms channel by 2 nos of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm to distribute the total load from the mounted wall and by drilling holes for 4nos downrod & connecting the downrod into the channel by nuts,bolts etc. & including supporting angle 25 mm x 25mm x 6mm arrangement as per direction of EIC.[For 1nos. 7.5 Ton and 2nos. 5Ton AC machines=7nos. IDU]

Supplying fabrication & fixing of 2nos U-Channel (TATA Make) of size (75 mm x 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm thick) for making platform for instalation of outdoor unit of 5/7.5 TR Concealed type split AC incl. drilling 2nos holes in each channel as per site condition & as per direction of EIC. incl. cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 %1/2: 3) etc incl. mending as orginal and fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6mm including supporting angle 50 mm x50mm x 6mm in each platform in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos (50 mm x50 mm x 6 mm) Angle inserted to the exiting wall The entire structure should be baricated & safe for ODU maintenance Area of the platform is 2Mx1.2M. incl. scaffolding arrangement,labour cost etc.(Structural design should be approved from EIC.)

Supply and fixing of AI powder coated continuous Grill (Make- Premier, Dynacraft/ EIC approved.)

Supply and fixing of Copper Refrigeration pipe line for liquid and suction line with fittings, elbows, bends, supports & brackets etc. (Make- Ryoku/Totaline/Jobu/ Nippon/EIC Approved) Suction Line (5/8 OD with 0.7mm thick)

Liquid Line (3/8" OD with 0.6 mm thick)

Supply & Fixing of Pipe Insulation in liquid & suction line with 9mm nitrile rubber tube (Supreme/Accoflex/Armacell/EIC Approved) with Water Prof Heavy Duty AC Insulation Tape. Suction Line (5/8 OD with 0.7mm thick)

Liquid Line (3/8" OD with 0.6 mm thick)

Supply and laying Control copper Cable (PVC insulated & unshethed,unarmoured) from Condensing Unit to IDU control panel (Make: Havells/RR Kable /finolex/EIC Approved ) 4 core 2.5 sq mm communication cable.

Supply and laying of Drain Water piping work out of UPVC hard pipes of following sizes incl. nitrile insulation with fiting accessories bends, elbows, tees flanges, tapings, wall sleeves hangers, supports, anchors etc. as required.(Make : Supreme / Astral/ EIC approved). a) 25 mm dia.

b) 50mm dia

Supply & delivery of 1.1 KV Gr. XLPE/ PVC Armoured Aluminium Cable (Gloster / Havells /KEI/ Mescab Approved by EIC) 4 core 70 sq. mm.

Laying of cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting as per GS. 3/3.5 / 4 core 70 sq. mm. to 95sqmm.

Laying of cable as below, on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI wire. From 70sqmm to 150sqmm

S & F compression type brass cable gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cable. 4 core 70 sq. mm.

Finishing the end of the XLPE/PVC armoured cableas by crimping method incl. S&F solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & joiting materials. 4 core 70 sq. mm.

Supply & Fixing of perforated GI Cable Tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling with two nos. suspenders & 25x25x3mm angle iron for supporting the cross member incl. Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Finolex/Havells/Polycab/ RR) in 25/30mm size PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' (Precision make-HMS /MMS) incl. necy. fittings as required. 4 x 84/0.3 (6 sqmm) + 2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) ECC.

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketing with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc.,including supplying sockets, tapes. 6sq mm.

Supply and fixing 4-way MCB SS enclosure with IK-08 protection, powder coated & S&F of 63A,4pole Isolator in DIN channel, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to the original finish or total establishment on flat iron frame in wall incl. inter-connection with suitable size of copper wire, necy. painting,& provision for earthing attachment etc. as required.[Legrand 507793]

Supply & Fixing Moisture proof,water-proof (outdoor type IP-65) PVC (Hencel) looping cable box size 300x250x150mm deep having 2/3 mm thick body enclodure comprising of one no.415 V,63Amp FP Isolator on din channel ('C'-curve,legrand make), with 4way copper terminal and having lined with rubber gasketed top cover should be fixed on wall by screws,nuts,washers etc, necy. socketting, rubber gasketted entry and exit as mending the good damages as original with proper finishing at terminal is required.

Supplying & fixing of 415V, Timer DB Fixed on Wall by flat iron/Angle frame or as per direction of EIC . The Box should comprising following accessories......... A).Double-door SPN-MCB Distribution Board with IP-42/43 protection 2+10 way make Legrand/Eqv. EIC Approved. Dismantling the existing exaust fan & Filling the existing Former 15" wall cutting for existing exaust fan & cover it by S&F bakelite/ perspex cover sheet by making holes nuts,screws,washers etc as per recuirement.
