REPAIR/MAINT/REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHTS AND COMPLAINTS OF STREET LIGHTS AT OLD AMRITSAR CANTT

M&L for attending day to day complaints including checking of existing street light of any type or description, fixed in vertical position with poles/wall including disconnecting the electric connection, removing from pole/wall if required, carrying out minor repairs like, removal of deposited carbon on joints/wires, removing of defective LED driver and fixing of new LED driver etc as required at site to make the items functional and refixing the same at same location or any other location, connecting with electric feeder and testing for functioning engaging sufficient man power and tool and plant etc to ensure safety of light/pole as well as working persons complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The completed job should remain functional for at least 6 month, any repair if required to be done for the same job within 6 months will not be paid separately. (b) The unserviceable items shall be replaced under respective items of relevent schedule as below. (c) The complaint register, complaint slip in duplicate shall also be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost for recording/monitoring of electric supply / street light complaints. (d) T& P viz tools, ladder or hydra crane any type are provided by the contractor to the electrician party. (e) Complaint slip will be delivered to the representative of contractor at 9:00 AM by JE E/M or his rep at AGE E/M yard service centre and same will be handed over back to JE E/M or his rep after completing the job/complaint at 5:00 PM same day. (f) Rectification of two points at same location will also be measured and paid as one job similarly more than two will be measured additional job. (g) If the complaint has not been attended within 48 hours, the penalty of Rs. 150/- per complaint will be recovered from contractor. (h) In case if the contractor/his does not attend the office to receive complaint from JE E/M or his rep, penalty of Rs. 500/- per day will be recovered from contractor.

Supply and fixing of street light fitting bracket, 1.5 mtr long made out of galvanized iron pipe of 32 mm dia size light grade as required on site complete with nut, bolts, washer etc inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 2 above but for 40 mm dia size.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of steel pole upto 9 Mtr long excluding planting depth complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels street light brackets cross arms anti climbing devices and making black & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint 30 Cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height writing pole numbers as per existing practice, making round base of dia 120mm by using yellow colour and marking the pole numbers of letter size equal to 70mm in height by using black colour with stencil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of thermoplastic polycarbonate cable junction box hinged door type of size 200x160x 98 mm for P and N incoming cable, 3 P and N outgoing cable and single P & N connection for light fitting with terminal block with cage and clamp system (screw less), shock proof safe IP-55, weather proof, rust, dust and water proof internally embedded gasket with provision for cable entry through gland alongwith MS clamps and mounting brackets as required at site complete all as specified & directed. Make : Hensel/sintex.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth below ground level for foundation of poles/ stays/cable and getting out complete all as specified .

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well raming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and laying old size as sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat in trenches over the cable along the length of cable and bricks perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent / abutting each other compete all as specified . and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed and sand cover to under ground cable complete all as specified. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured.

S&F street light distribution outdoor panel with canopy single door vertical type made out of CRCA MS sheet with thickness not less than 3.15 mm surface with duly powder coating surface mounting TPN 4 way,415 Volt with copper bus bar rating 200Amps for R,Y,B,N phases dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCCB and IP43-IK09 profection with and incl 100Amps 16KA 4 Pole MCCB including angle iron support legs and foundation work for the legs (including excavation and doing PCC 1:2:4). Make of MCCB Legrand/Schnedier/Siemens. The size of the panel should not be less than 600mmx400mmx200mm, and height of the panel should be atleast 300mm above ground level. the angle iron for support should be minimum 35 mm x 35mm x 5 mm thick.

Supply and laying, in replacement, of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, inner PVC sheathed, galvanized steel strip armoured, overall PVC sheathed electric power cable with stranded compact aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 16 sq mm 4 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I) with latest amendements, suitable for earthed system laid in duct/trench/along pole etc including making connection and taking out Make : Havells/Polycab/Finolex. Note : 1. The cost of aluminium thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per srl item No. 13 here-in-before but for multistranded cable size of 10 sq mm 2 core.

Supply and fix heat shrinkable cable straight through jointing kit for LT XLPE grade cable for heat shrinkable complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 16 Sqmm 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable.

Supply and fix heat shrinkable cable straight through jointing kit for LT XLPE grade cable for heat shrinkable complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 10 Sqmm 2 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable.

M & L for PVC insulated FR PVC sheathed multi stranded copper conductor wire 2.5 Sqmm single core complete for drawing through pole for making connection to street light fitting provided on poles upto junction box incl thimbles. Make :- Havells/Finolex/RR Kabel.

Supply and fixing 1100V grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated multistranded aluminium conductor cable 2 core 6 Sqmm size complete for connection from fitting to overhead conductor. Make : Havells/Finolex/RR Kabel.

Supply and fixing / laying of galvanized iron pipe of 50 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the item rate.

M&L for taking out and relaying existing LT cable of any size/type after repairing defects etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Exacavation, earth work, sand cushioning and protection cover, joint kit will be measured and paid separately under respective items.)

Notes : (a) Removal of LED from pole and re-fixing after repair will be paid in the respective item No 1 of Schedule 'A'. (b) Dismantling of LED and fixing of LED driver shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply and fix in replacement of Universal driver suitable for LED street light of capacity 60-90 Watts complete with accessories as per existing make/size/type including single core wire 1.5sqmm aluminium/copper conductor from street light to terminal/conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (a) Removal of LED from pole and re-fixing after repair will be paid in the respective item No 1 of Schedule 'A'. (b) Dismantling of LED and fixing of LED driver shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply and fix in replacement of Universal driver suitable for LED street light of capacity 120 Watts complete with accessories as per existing make/size/type including single core wire 2.5sqmm copper conductor from street light to terminal/conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (a) Removal of LED from pole and re-fixing after repair will be paid in the respective item No 1 of Schedule 'A'. (b) Dismantling of LED and fixing of LED driver shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Lumen efficacy of 140 lumen/Watt and system lumens 12600 or above . LM 79 and LM 80 report should be submitted to department. THD < 10 %, CRI >70, CCT 5700K, operating temperature -10 degree C to +45 degree C with integral electronic LED driver with APFC lower THD open circuit protection surge voltage protection upto 10 KV with built in SPD and other safety test as IS:15885Part-2/Sec13. IK 07. Average life 50000 Hrs @ L 70 B 50 on 12 to 16 Mtr pole complete fixing on the existing steel tubular pole 16 Mtr height inclluding making electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Make :- wipro/Havells/Polycab. Note:- Contractor shall produce the Genuineness and warranty certificate from the manufacturer before fixing. 2. All complaints will be rectified on PRIORITY basis upto completion of contract. 3. Contractor will arrange /provide suitable ladder (Telescopic/Hydra) with technicians for repair of street/High mast lights from starting of contract upto date of completion of the work.
