Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames, wooden/PVC doors/steel ventilator) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 105 x 60mm pressed steel frames, thickness of sheet 1.25mm for doors with one or more rebates including supply and fixing necessary lugs and lock strike plate, etc. , including fixing butt hinges suitable Nos as directed for each leaf, ncluding making good disturbed wall surface (brick and plastering work) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) Butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only.

Supply and fixing factory made 125 x 60mm pressed steel frames, thickness of sheet 1.25mm for doors with one or more rebates including supply and fixing necessary lugs and lock strike plate, etc. , including fixing butt hinges suitable Nos as directed for each leaf, ncluding making good disturbed wall surface (brick and plastering work) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) Butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in back filling of chowkhats and for filling in block of hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutters (two or three panels as approved), 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood (Hollock) with lock rail and panel inserts of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces or timber flat on both sides (feather edged). The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401, including 2nd class soft wood kail beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5mm on one side and also fitted to chowkhat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing factory made glazed and skeleton shutter, 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood (Hollock) open rebated (two or three panels as approved) and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/wire cloth, etc. Sizes of members as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8 and fitted to chowkhats, menbers shall be kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Primer shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ. (ii) Glazing or wire cloth shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply only mild steel butt hinges 100mm, medium weight, cold rolled, complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing mild steel barrel tower bolt stove enamelled black with bright bolt 200 mm long, fixed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing mild steel sliding door bolts 300mm long, plate type, stove enameled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts washers, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing factory made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, with wood free EPS, door to be fixed to frame with 3 Nos extruded brass butt hinges (with S/S hinge pin) B-11 type, bright polished of size 100mm and fixing with 32mm long steel screws drilled suitable to pass through both the walls of the MS tube complete all as specified in SSR (Part-I, specifications) & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 8101 and 8103 in SSR (Part-II, rates) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section, 150mm long complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing Powder coated aluminium window/ventilator shutter side hung type without sash bars, made out of aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/mtr, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No. for ventilator and 3 Nos for window each shutter) suitable handle (1 No.), including fixing of glass complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) 10mm thick square or rectangular (same as floor tile, as per above item ), as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform/cooking plateform or as directed, including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admiture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone slab including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for moulding the edges half round on exposed side (Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge) of granite/marble as in kitchen shelf, cooking platform, WHB counter shelf, steps, and other similar situations etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair 450 mm long PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed both end for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in repair swivel shower of chromium plated of size 65 to 90mm for fixing with 15mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide & not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundations of manholes, shafts, walls, cesspits, pie holes, n exc 10 sqm on plan sewerage pipe lines etc including getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling , watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material to distance not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed of drain pipe of size 150mm bore (internal) including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour cutting into existing manholes/septic tank for connecting new drain 100mm internal dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round to 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour cutting into existing manholes/septic tank for connecting new drain 150mm internal dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round to 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for provn of water proofing roof treatment to accessible/Non accessible RCC roof with APP modified membrane with non woven polyster reinforced wt not less than 3 Kg/Sqm of thickness not less than 3 mm having thermal insulation with white mineral/ gravel finish on upper side of membrane uniformely embedded during manufacturing process . All as per following specifications: (a) The surface of the roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths etc. over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matters such as fungus, mass, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting.
