PERIODICAL SERVICES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL SURFACES OF BLDG, COMPOUND WALL, STAIRCASE AND OTHER CONNECTED PARTS OF BLDGS FOR DEPOT AREA AT MO(MB) GHATKOPAR UNDER GE(NW) BHANDUP

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces, stone masonry or brickwork/PCC block in cement mortar (1:6) on wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work with mixing @3% of water proofing compound by wt of cement finished fair & even in CM (1:4) complete as as specified and directed. ( WPC will measurement and paid separately).

M & L for repairs to chajja, soffit, facia and ceiling plaster, exposed reinforcement with 15 to 25mm thick in two or three layers plaster in CM (1:3) in patches to make the surface even and smooth including chipping and cleaning the exposed reinforcement surface, applying cement slurry at 3kg/sqm with necessary scaffoldings upto 4th storey of the bldg height complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment including fascias, cornices, walls, etc by scrapping with sand paper, wire brush etc to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and loose plaster to be completely removed by skilled labour and repair of external wall/chajjas to be done with repair mortar to get even surface including preperation of old surface of wall/ceiling by filling crack fill paste of Asian Paints or equivalent make and good smoothen surface by sand paper and applying one coat of first quality premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion weather coat paint of approved colour with silicon additive & colour stay technology, excellent dirt pick up resistance of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent of other approved make with low VOC less than 50gm/litre as per the LEEDS specification using with the help of rollers or brush up to height of bldg 15mtr incl necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal of finishes, molds etc from old plastered or unplastered surface of walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and one coat of cement base paint to the random rubble masonry compound wall, height upto 3.20mtr with brush etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preperation of old decorated wall surface including brooming down, scrapping down, smoke, soot, mold, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and filling the cracks/ depression with applying one coat of distemper acrylic emulsion paint with the help of rollers upto 15m height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying 1mm thick of wall care putty to achieve smooth finish and applying two coats of distemper acrylic emulsion of approved shade/ tint over a coat of interior primer paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly pastered surface and finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade: (New work), Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
