Creation of plantation by planting 8154 saplings of Trees and 7450 Nos. Shrubs and 12360 Bamboo and their maintenance for a period of one year (12 Months) at 03 locations (02 in Narela and 01 in Mamurpur) in North Forest Division

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of girth upto 15cm measured at a height of 30 cm above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m out-side the periphery of the area cleared.

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) Holes 60 cm dia, and 60 cm deep

Supply of Shrubs species sapling having well developed root system along with fresh and healthy leaves at the site of minimum height given in list of trees with Name & quantity of species enclosed as Annexure-II in Tender Document.

Providing & Stacking of well developed, Dendrocalamus species of Min height 150-180 cm in 5x8” poly bags. (Refer Annexure - III)

Supplying and stacking of well-decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage up to 5 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment) • 0.0566 Cub. Mtr. for Trees • 0.0232 Cub. Mtr. per Shrubs & Bamboo

Providing and applying anti termite treatment of trees i/c all branches/leaves by spraying chemical emulsion 0.5% (Chlorpyriphos 20% EC) concentration through power spray machine (@ 100 ml Chlorpyriphos per tree i/c cost of chemical) and as per direction of officer-in-charge.and as per direction of officer-in-charge.
