Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT out door type factory made(CPRI Approved ), junction box of size 750mmX600mmX500mm (over all dimension )with mild steel angle iron of size 40X40X5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 40X6 mm in horizontal sides of the frame LT Junction box (KIOSK),Outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA sheet and 40x40x5 mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front & back opening type, with aprons for cable entry, and fixing danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed. With double door shutter and locking arrangement.Aluminium bus bar of 450 Amps rating with drilled holes For 01 No incoming /05 Nos outgoing cable core connection including aluminium lugs, GI bolts, Nuts and washers of suitable size. Porcelain / synthetic bridge insulators, heavy duty with necessary steel / GI screws, bolts, nuts and washers, complete all as specified. Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B’, old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Feeder pillar box and as directed. The platform shall be such that it is of height 45 cm above the nearest road level. complete all as specified and directed including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 50 sqmm to 400 Sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches outside the Bldg inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable lugs for terminal connections of cables, necessary brick foundation with plastering to the Panel board complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT underground cables, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098 (marked, laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on poles / walls / laid under roads / paths / drain / culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Cables of the following sizes:-(Note;- Rate quotted includes Terminal lugs/ wall cutting/ floor cutting and making good damaged portion matching with existing surface with all existing finishes.) Note : Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, brick cover and protection pipe etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/Loose soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified in the following type of soils:

Note : Sand shall be fined sand as specified and punned thickness shall be measured.

M & L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with standard size fly ash bricks) with width equal to length of cable laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm as directed.

Supply and laying galvanised steel water tubing, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings (IS marked) and laid in trenches / under roads / in drains / fixed to poles/walls ( with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers ) pipes of the following sizes :-

M&L for auguring of hole suitable for passing 40mm to 100mm bore pipe in true horizontal position under road, PCC paths etc., by means of mechanical ring/ auger after doing ultrasound to prevent any damage to existing cables pipe line specified and directed coming in the route not exceeding 1.5 m in depth below existing surface level of road and not excd 30M in length complete all as specified. Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items and any dahage to existing cables of anytype shall be made good by the Bidder without any extra cost to department.

Supply and fixing of LT PCC cable route indicators of size 175 mm height, 150 mm length, and 75 mm thickness, with an embedded portion of 75 cm length. Each indicator shall have the words "LT CABLE" engraved 4 mm deep on the upper front side. The indicator shall be finished with two coats of synthetic enamel brown paint. These indicators shall be provided along the LT cable trench at every 30 meters interval and additionally at all corners, turnings, road crossings, etc., including planting in the ground using PCC of mix ratio 1:3:6, Type C-1, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply ,laying , testing & commissioning of HT UG cable, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable(heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11 KV grade (Earthed system cable) as per IS 7098 Part-II, of following sizes all as directed including dismantling and taking out from trenches old one. Note:- (a) Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushioning, concrete cable covers,GI pipe protection for road crossings, HT termination joints will be measured and paid separately all as specified and directed.
