M&L for Cement concrete1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing reinforcement cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stoneaggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of columns and similar work with rough finished surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing reinforcement cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing RCC M-25 (Design mix) (using 20mm crushed stone graded aggregate) Lintel beam . Roof beam , landings, balconies, canopies, desk slabs and the shelves and the like etc all as specified and directed.

M&L fly ash Brick curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 here-in-above, but 5-10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coatsof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces with applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including allmould- ings but excluding frame type B0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0, (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching/coping and the like including weathering slightly round or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.
