Excavation in foundation, trenches,etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work,blasting work, hard blasting and chiselling etc. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Dismantling black topped surface for laying pipes and realaying the same (earth work excavation to be measured and paid saperately ) including all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing, laying & commissioning at site in trenches to be beveled ended pipe conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 (Latest with up to date ammendments) having minimum wall thickness as specified below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in IS/ISO code, in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipe ends shall be levelled suitable for butt welding, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest applicable and with uptodate ammendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welded rods of Advani/oeriliken make/ISI marked (welded rods 3mm to 4mm) and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces,tee bends & other special manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach and of approved specification as per site conditions. and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The pipe shall have zinc coating inside & outside confirming to IS-4736-1986 or latest with upto date ammendments & shall be engraved with API- L290 or X-42 The laying shall confirm to BIS 5822-970 or latest with upto date ammendments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Earth work & cost of MS Flanges shall be measured & paid for seperately.) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials at site and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. API Pipe-L290 or X-42 150 mm dia with 5.20mm wall thickness.

Providing and fixing bends of required degrees made from parent tubes conforming to relevant codes fully flanged with MS flanges of Table-28 conforming to IS 6392 -1971 complete in all respect within all leads and lifts. 150mm dia i/c cutting welding of MSERW/API pipe .

Providing fixing and jointing of M.S.flanges conforming to IS-6392-1971 (latest with upto date ammendment ) flange dia, table and nominal pressure as specified below welded at both ends of pipes (as per site condition for particular reach as required) according to relevant BIS Code 816-1962 and provided with nuts and bolts of required size as per BIS code 1364 including 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber gasket of synthetic rubber gasket conforming to relevant BIS code 2712-1965 complete in all respect including all leads and lifts. Providing and fixing double flanged cast iron sluice valve of PN 1.60 of Kirloskar/Leader of 150 mm dia and capable of with standing the normal seat pressure as per IS:14846 with upto date amendment complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 150mm dia PN 1.6

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge:- a) Foundation footing bases of columns and the like mass concrete.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting, strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 3 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.Vertical surfaces such as circular walls (any thickness), partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.
