Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 1.10 times of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Providing and fixing homogeneous polyvinyl chloride sheet/tile in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhsives of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop S-758,Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including rolling with ligh wooden roller weighing about 5 kg. all complete as directed by Engineer-in- charge, in approved colour and shade. 1.5 mm thick(rate per sqm with sheet)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Design, Manufacture and Supply of pre-fabricated outdoor cabinets of size 8000mm x 5000mm x 3000mm of outer dimension (3500mm at centre & 3000mm on side which is 5000mm long. The sides which are 8000mm are to be tapered accordingly. Shown in drawings) with suitable arrangements to mount the equipment rack. FDF, battery and battery stand in the floor and suitable arrangement for fixing the Optical Fibre Termination Box, CT Box, Krone in the Wall and runway ladder etc. Walls and Roof have to be 2mm FRP sheet on inside and outside. The FRP sheets shall be provided with plain finish on both sides. Panel thickness: Minimum 40mm thick Rigid Polyurethane foam Sandwich Panel. PU foam must be CFC free self-extinguishing, fire retardant type having density of 40 Kgs/cu.m. Thermal conductivity -less than 0.023 W/m° K. Roof shall include the provision of suitable FRP sheet 2mm thick rain water gutter fixed with PVC rain water pipe of 110mm diameter - 2 in numbers one on each end of sloped roof. Panel to Panel Joints: Joints in the vertical wall panels, wall to Ceiling Panels shall have dovetail construction and shall be provided with in-built, unpickable, eccentric camlocks. After erection the joints will be further sealed with silicon sealant to ensure no amount of moisture infress through these areas. Sloped Roof: Roof shall be made up of 2mm thick FRP facing on both sides of 40mm PUF material. Over all thickness on the Panel will be 40 mmThermal conductivity & Dimensional stability :The density of the foam is minimum 40 Kgs/m³ with thermal conductivity of 0.023 W/M Deg.K.(AGED) and dimensional stability over the temperature range of -60ºC t 100ºC. Door of size 850 X 2000mm made from kit having aluminium frame work, hinges, rubber seal, door handle etc.. Shall be provided above the door opening. Jointing System of Panels using ECCENTRIC CAMLOCK. The panel should be so foamed as to lend trapezoidal male and female profiles to adjecent panel edges ot ensure air tight jointin in association with the locking system. Panel joint to be secured with camlock which are running throgh the panels to provide additional strength. The inner panel joints will be sealed with gasket of suitable material with perfect sealing against air/moisture. The design of Pre-fabricated Rigid Polyurethane Foam Panel construction should be self-supporting type and do not need any additional support or fixtures for supporting light fittings. Feeder cable tray mounting etc. The electrical equipment / fitting shall be of standard suppliers. (Excluding cost of foundation which will be paid for saperately)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified esign criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel ctions, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting chine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately).
