Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed. at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix ) 20mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete design mix M-30 in columns, pillars, posts & struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete design mix M-30 in lintels over 1.5m clear span, beams and cantilevers complete all as specified and directed..

Use & waste of Form work to sides of square or rectangular columns, pillars, posts and struts for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for false ceiling with aluminum grid work (Size of grid 600x600 mm) with 35 x 25 x 1.5 mm main tee and 25 x 25 x 1.4 mm cross tee and wall angle and suspended with 2mm dia GI wire hooked to roof with needful adjustment bolts at an interval of 1.20 m centre to centre staggered and board with Eco board decorative type size 600 x 600 x 4 mm thick finished with two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on exposed surfaces all as specified and directed

S & F Aluminium anodised (minimum anodisation is 15 microns) Door / window / Ventilator/partition frames and shutters (02 Nos glazed & gauzed), side hung type, without sash bars, standard aluminium grills, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, handles, locking arrangements etc., complete with standard aluminium sections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Aluminium section shall be of make Jindal/Hindalco/ Indalco). (Note:- Weight of various Aluminium sections handles and locking arrangements shall only be considered for measurement for payment. However cost of rubber packing given in the item shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Glass panels, prelaminated particle boards, aluminium wire cloth as applicable will be measured and paid separately as supplied only).

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in 100mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in RCC roof / Floor surface for level coarse complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate of 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured Non-Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floor etc,set and jointed in neat cement sluryy and pointed in coloured cement to match as in floor over 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 19 above as in wall for Skirting/Dado over 10mm thick Backing Coat in CM (1:6).

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in two coat ie. 10mm thick under coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement using 2% of WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of Newly Plastered surfaces of Wall and applying Two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over chalk whiting including primer complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) etc complete all as specified and as directed.(Make Apex Ultima)

M & L For Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel')

Mild steel screw bolts, diameter of neck in 16 to 20mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coats of red oxide primer including prepration of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding/ vally gutter to wall or in door, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Design, Supply and fixing at site of the TRAY PANEL SCREW type system with aluminium composite panel of approved colour on exterior walls, columns, MS structure, ceiling, coping, slab projectons at all heights and elevation including necessary aluminium framework. The aluminium composite panel should 4 mm thick consist of 3mm thick thermoplastic core of anti toxidant LDPE sandwitched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium alloy sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The external surface shall be finshed with PVDF based coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. NOTE:- The system shall be designed to withstand a wind pressure of 190 kg/Sqm with necessary Alu. sub frames, cleats and shall be fixed to the masonry/ RCC walls/ MS structure with necessary clamps, galvanized M.S brackets and anchor fasteners. All clamps and brackets shall be Hot dip galvanized minimum 80 microns thick and shall conform to IS: 4759-1996. Any other acessories such as fastening straps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc. other than anchor system shall be in Indian standard grade. all joints of ACP must be sealed with approved sealent of approved colour. sealant make DOW CORNING 789 weather sealant. Rate shall include to provide open cell polyethylene backer rods, weather sealant etc, all materials and labour complete.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 150mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or in walls including band as required complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2, using 40mm graded aggregate of 100mm thick as in hardstanding and footpath complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finished any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 , M-35Grade with grey cement and pigment over sand filling complete all as specified and directed.( Cost of Sand will be measured and paid separately)

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast Cement Concrete Block Masonry with Solid Block, exc 10cm in width in type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type c1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering in CM 1:6, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing Mild steel angle iron work as in struts and posts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drill holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh and wire any type) including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting and embedding in concrete and screwing etc, and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line of wire to be meassured ) complete all as specified and as directed.
