Stainless Steel railing upto1.0m height with modular passivated stainless steel 'weld free' railing system at suitable locations and at all levels of approved size and shape conforming to grade AISI 304 with necessary components using expansion and ball socket jointing system consisting of top handrail SS tube dia 50mm X 1.6mm thickness, single vertical balusters of 40mm dia round pipe of 1.6mm thickness fixed with base plate of 100X6 mm at 1 m to 1.2 m C/c and at turning with mid rail of four Nos SS tube dia 19mm and 1.6mm thickness which shall pass through connectors, in grit satin or mirror finish. The baluster shall be fixed on the horizontal or vertical surface as directed (Base plate shall be anchored to wall by 2 nos. M-10 dash fasteners with SS dome nuts, which shall be covered by SS plate). The entire SS railing and fixing shall be as per approval of Garrisson Engineer, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- AISI 304 steel must have chemical composition by weight as C - Max 0.08%, Cr - 18% to 20%, Fe - 66,345% to 74%, Mn - Max 2%, Ni - 8% to 10.5%, P - Max 0.045%, S - Max 0.03%, Si - Max 1% Make :- Hardwyn / Ozone or equivalent make as approved complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Chipping the cracked / loose concrete portion using proper tools like hammer, chisel etc. and removing the loose particle completely duly cleaning it with wire brush and removing the dust etc. complete until to reach sound good concrete surface and deeping the surface dry and removing the debris and dumping the same at the nominated locations as directed by the Engineer in charge with all lead and lift etc. (All labour, materials, tools and plants are to be supplied by the contractor only at his own cost) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in Charge

Removing the existing deteriorated reinforcement and supply and placing of new cold twisted CRS bars including cutting, bending and straightening and placing in position complete in all levels and if necessary welding the new bars with the exg. Rods by over lapping with all lead and lift etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (All labour, materials, tools and plants are to be supplied by the contractor only at his own cost) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in Charge

Removing the loose particles rust / mill scale deposits completely duly Cleaning it with wire brush / crush sheet etc. and removing the dust etc. Complete over the old concrete surface and supply of zinc rich epoxy primer ie. FOSROC NITOZINC PRIMER/ BOSTIC ZRP/ DR. FIXIT ZINC RICH PRIMER and mixing mechanically until it is homogenous and applying the same as one rich coat of reinforcement complete with all dead and lift etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (All labour, materials, tools and plants are to be supplied by the contractor only at his own cost).

Repair to slab & beam using structural grade repair mortar. After surface preparation the substrate should be thoroughly soaked with water ( any excess being removed ) prior to applying one coat of Nitobond SBR in FOSROC or equivalent in BOSTIK/ DR FIXIT and scrubbing it well into the surface. FOSROC Renderoc Plug/ BOSTIK C902 Power Plug/ DR FIXIT INSTANT LEAK PLUG can be applied as soon as the Nitobond AR in FOSROC or equivalent in BOSTIK/ DR FIXITbecome tacky. Place about 2.75 litres of drinking quality water in the mixer and, add the supplied liquid polymer part and mix with the machine in operation, add FOSROC Renderoc Plug/ BOSTIK C902 Power Plug/ DR FIXIT INSTANT LEAK PLUG powder and mix for 2 to 3 minutes Apply the mixed FOSROC Renderoc Plug/ BOSTIK C902 Power Plug/ DR FIXIT INSTANT LEAK PLUG to the prepared substrate with a gloved hand or trowel. First work a mini layer of the mortar on to the layer. Thoroughly compact the mortar on to primed substrate. Where thicker sections are required, the surface of the intermediate layer should be scratch keyed and primed with Nitobond AR in FOSROC or equivalent in BOSTIK/ DR FIXIT. Repriming with Nitobond AR in FOSROC or equivalent in BOSTIK/ DR FIXIT and further application of FOSROC Renderoc Plug/ BOSTIK C902 Power Plug/ DR FIXIT INSTANT LEAK PLUG may proceed as soon as this layer has set.FOSROC Renderoc Plug/ BOSTIK C902 Power Plug/ DR FIXIT INSTANT LEAK PLUG is finished by striking off with a straight edge and closing with a steel float. Applying one coat of acrylic curing membrane NITOBOND AR in FOSROC or equivalent in BOSTIK/ DR FIXITmixed with water in the ratio 1:1 with all lead and lift etc., complete as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (All labour, materials, tools are to be supplied by the contractor only at his own cost). Avg. Thickness 30mm.

Note: For item No:18 to 21 Providing erecting, steel tubular scaffoldings using vertical props horizontal ties and diagonal bracing and the necessary members as required. The scaffolding should be retained till the work is completed in all respects including curing etc. After completion of the work, the scaffolding should be dismantled and removed out of the premises. Approx height will be 9 mtrs. (All labour, materials, tools and plants scaffolding arrangements are to be supplied by the contractor only at his own cost).

Material and labour for roof treatment as follows:- (a) Material and labour to chipout the existing loose bitumen membrane completely to reachup to the mother slab, clean the surface throughly to make it smooth and clean of any foreign materials, repair the concrete where ever damaged using PMM HS repair, repairing of constructions/cracks/ chasing with machine and fill the same with Polymerised Motor in HS repair, coping of 75 X 75mm should be made at the junction of wall and raft slab using polymerised Cement mortar 1:4 add mixed with advance latex plus. (b) Applying one coat of 50% diluted self priming PU roof coat. Allow to dry priming coat for 4 to 6 hrs before applying PU coats and surface to be cleaned before applying PU coats. (c) Applying two coats of single component cold applied ,water based poly urethane modified acrylic dispersion with highly elastic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the roof with HS PU roof coat of Berger or equivalent at 0.6Kg/ sqm for each coat without dilusion confirming to ASTM D 6083 -97a (Standard specification for liquid applied acrylic coating used in roofing ) each coat should allow to dry 4 to 6 hrs the components shall have a density of 1.5 to 1.3 Kg/ltrs ,having tensile strength of 1.5 N/mm2, having elongation of 350% with solid content not less 60% in two coats. SRI value should be more than 100. The coated rate shall include surface preparation, repair the cracks in mother slab by chasing with cutting machine and filled the same with polymerised motor in CM 1:4 admixed with latex agent of reputed manufacturers, making coving at junction, bore packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per manufacturers specification and complete all as specified and as directed Note: The above treatment shall be got carried out by the authorised applicator of the manufacturer approved by the Engineer -in -Charge

Supply and Fix MCCB 400 Amps thermal magnetic trip type 4 Pole, 36 KA, 415 volts 50 Hz and termination with suitable spreaders, lugs, bolts and nuts including miscellaneous item required at site and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting/taking out the old U/S incoming and out going LT cables from the existing trenches/wall /ceiling etc inside/outside the wksp incl lifting removing the duct cover made out of MS plate of any size for replacement of the cable and placing the duct cover back in position after replacing the cable complete all as specified and as directed

Supply,laying,connecting and testing XLPE Insulated PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core. confirming to IS-7098(Part-I) laid in cable trenches /Duct /Wall /surfaces /Pipe including compression gland , lugs as required at site complete all as specified and as directed

Supply,laying,connecting and testing XLPE Insulated PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm 3.5 core. confirming to IS-7098(Part-I) laid in cable trenches /Duct /Wall /surfaces /Pipe including compression gland , lugs as required at site complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation for loop earthing etc.as required GI strip 25x4mm size complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for steel water tubing light grade galvanised with all fittings for cross the earthing strip in wall/floor/ trench of size 50mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soil for removing/laying of UG cables / Pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thickness using excavated Soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point for soil complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for sand cushioning to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Thickness of sand cushioning shall be the thickness after punning down.complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing burnt bricks sub class B designation 75 old size for protection of cable all as specified and directed
