Distribution transformer will be supplied by Dept at free cost.

CABLES & TERMINATIONS

Supplying and Laying of 3C x 50 Sqmm 11kV (E) HT UG Aluminium armoured XLPE Power cable in trench of 50cm wide and 100cm depth including earth work excavation in all soils and sub soils spreading 12 cm thick river sand on top of the cable to cover it completely inside the trench and brick cover protection top of the river sand/cable using burnt bricks and back filling, consolidated in a regular interval of 25cm thick rammed and complying with standard specification. The rate should be inclusive of Cable route markers at regular interval of 50m.

Supplying and Terminating the ends of 3C x 50Sqmm 11kV (E) HT UG Aluminium armoured XLPE Power cable with suitable lug / Ferrules socket and using necessary jointing materials with RPG make heat Shrinkable Joint Kit.

Supplying& Laying of 3.5C x 35 Sqmm PVC XLPE insulated alu. Conductor armored LTUG cable to be laid on the wall with propper clamps complying and with standard specification.

Supplying& Laying of 3.5C x 150 Sqmm PVC XLPE insulated alu. Conductor armored LTUG cable in a 50 mm to 100 mm dia HDPE DWC pipe in a trench of 50cm wide and 75cm depth including earth work excavation in all soils and sub soils and back filling, consolidated in a regular interval of 25cm thick rammed and complying with standard specification.

Supplying and making end termination for 3.5C x 150 Sqmm alu. Conductor LT UG cable using suitable compression gland with required copper ferulles / socket and other jointing materials

Kiosk MV PANEL

Supply , Erection,Testing and commissioning of suitable size extendable cubical type following Kiosk LT Main Panel board suitable for 415V 3ph 4 wire 50Hz AC supply system fabricated in a compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame works and cover with 3mm thick removable gland plate ,cleaning and finishing with 7 tank process for powder coating with siemens grey having extensible type TPN copper alloy busbar of suitable capacity as per the incomer ACB /MCCB/SDF ratings with DMC/SMC busbar suppotrs with short circuit withstand capacity of 31MVA / 1Second , bottom base channel of 75mmX 50mm X 5mm in a suitable pedastal of 0.3m above the floor with necessary masonary work.

BUS BARS

Bus bars will be electrolytic copper , air insulated , R,Y,B, N(Black) PVC sleeved capable of carrying full load current for all the 3 phases and neutral continiously. The current density of copper shall be designed for 1.2A per sqmm. The bus chamber should have proper air ventilators.

EARTHING

2 separate run of 25 x 3 mm copper earth bus painted in green colour should be provided all along the panel and connected to the main grid. Interconnectios should be taken to metering chamber, MCCB's, ACB's, FSU's etc sothat all current carrying components are effectively earthed.

ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of work includes minor civil works like breaking of concrete floors ,construction of masonary trench , and suitable MS 'П' type channels for the proposed panel as per the instruction from the Engineer in Charge.The rate should be inclusive of removing of existing LTUG cable terminatins up to 400 Sqmm from the panel or cable trench or excavated from earth . The cable should be re terminated ater completion of all the erection works.Necessary Panel drawings , QAP and GTP have to be approved by the Engineer incharge before fabrication.

Bus coupler

250A 4P MCCB 36kA with micro processor based trip units ,front operated handle and with ON/OFF/TRIP indications- 1No as Buscoupler

250A copper bus bars for 3phases and neutral

3 phase indication lamps with toggle switch-2set, microprocessor based digital multi function meter with communication port and the facility for active and reactive power measurements -5set with required CTs and control fuses etc.Necessary Spreaders / extended copper bus bars of suitable rating with required holes should be provided for the cable and bus bar terminations.The handle should be pad lockable type in both ON/OFF positions.The work should be inclusive of providing interlocking arrangement for the 2 incomers and Bus coupler by providing 3 locks and 2 keys.

Supply and installation of 250A TPN MCCB 36kA with micro processor based trip units ,front operated handle and with ON/OFF/TRIP indications-1 No in a suitable sheet steel enclosure on wall including IN/OUT going cable entry boxes with necessary earth connections..

MAIN LIGHTING DB

The double door type 6 Way TPN Compartmental Horizontal ( 7 Segment Phase Segregation ) MCB DB comprising of the following :

Incoming

80A TPN 10kA MCB'C'Curve with all other required accessories – 1 No.

Outgoings

63 A DP MCB – 3 Nos. as outgoing with 12 Nos 32 A SP MCB 'C' Curve & 6 Nos 6A-10A SP MCB 'C' Curve

With necessary tinned copper busbars, interconnections, separate earth bus, separate neutral bus for each phases. The board shall be powder coated type fixed with concealed system in wall. The rate shall include necessary connected civil works like chipping, rough plastering etc.

EARTHING

Earthing with copper earth plate 600x600x3mmthick including acessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7m long etc with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying of following size G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)
