The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50 m distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge including royalty 9.00 cum. Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 Fine Sand : 6 Graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) & curing complete, including cost of form work, in foundation & floors.Clause 12.04, 2100

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain M-30 grade cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or Concrete paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete in all respects also including cost of material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge as per MoRT&H Specification Clause no. 1501(Mathura)

M-150 Brick work in 1:4 with Cement and coarse sand including supply of all material, labor T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. Clause No. 12.06, 1300C

Plastering With cement mortar 1:3 on brick work in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clause No. 13.03, 1300 & 2200

12.08 CASE-II Plain Cement Concrete (PCC Grade M15) in Open Foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specificatons. Clause 1500, 1700 & 2100

Mild Steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an overall rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage bend hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured up to floor two level. (10 mm to 12mm tor (TMT Bars). Item No 504 Analysis By As per Current market rate.

13.05, E Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-20) in sub-structure Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. Clause 1500, 1700 & 2100
