NON-PSR Providing arch shaped cast-in-situ FRP lining of 4mm thick with 4 layers each 1mm thickness over the existing Galvalume sheet roof at height upto + 24.00 mt. from ground level including applying putty in the longitudinal and transverse joints of existing roof sheet for filling the gaps to make the roofing water tight with 5 years warranty. The putty made of chalk powder and of catalyst & escalator acids. The FRP lining shall be done with FRP sheet with one coat of beswanil resin coating in between base and FRP sheet layer. The rate includes cost of material like chalk powder, catalyst and escalator acid resin and FRP lining sheet etc., and labour charges cleaning and scraping the existing surface of roof, applying putty, chemicals, resins and fixing FRP lining etc., and also including cost of all safety measures for labour working at high altitude like life lines, roof ladder, safety belts and any other materials and equipments required for FRP lining etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
