Providing labour only for B/R nature work for day to day maintenance and petty repair required for the items mentioned below from Ser No 1.01 to 1.62 for upkeeping of certain pocket of Married / OTM Accn buildings under AOR of AGE B/R Sunjuwan for 08 (eight) working hours (0900-1700 Hrs) per day, Contractor / his representative will report to JE (Civil) incharge at 0900hrs in B/R service stn on all working days and after attending the complaint at 17:00 hrs daily. The workers will have proper uniform along with all necessary tools, to omplete all as per requirement enumerated in Particular Specifications. The following workers will be employed by the contractor as mentioned below:- (a) Plumber - 01 No (a1) Helper - 01 No (b) Carpenter - 01 No (b1) Helper - 01 No Notes: - 1. Complaint slip book and register in standard format as per sample kept in AGE B/R Office will be provided by the contractor for recording day to day complaints during currency of contract period. 2. Cost of required complaint slip book, documents, stationery etc is included in this item. 3. No complaint will remain pending more than 24 Hrs. 4. If contractor / his representative late / fail to attend the complaint within 24 Hrs, a recovery @ Rs. 200 per complaint per 24 Hrs (or part thereof) till completion of complaint.
