Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of GI tubing in trenches and getting out all in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down old unserviceable DI/GI tubing connection including disconnection of fittings from tubing where required and cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge of following bore sizes :-

Refixing/Relaying of old DI/GI tubing retrieved from Srl item No 4.01 to 4.06 here in before and connecting in new or old positions including providing new fittings where ever required complete all as specified and as directed of following bore sizes:-

Supply & laying of DI/GI pipe medium grade of the following sizes and grade complete with fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, caps, plugs, unions and screwed socket joints etc) laid in trenches complete as directed, of following bore sizes:- (Note: When pipe laid in straight line then the 3rd length is required to be connected by union)

Supply and fixing in replacement gun metal, globe or gate valve for 50 mm bore dia pipe with iron wheel head, screwed both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement gun metal, globe or gate valve for 40 mm bore dia pipe with iron wheel head, screwed both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement gun metal, globe or gate valve for 25 mm bore dia pipe with iron wheel head, screwed both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement cast iron sluice valve for water supply purposes with CI drilled flanged end internally cast for 80 mm nominal bore class PN 1.6 horizontal type conforming to IS 760, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle & iron wheel non using type including jointing material complete such as rubber assertion packing rings with requisite number of nuts & bolts , washers of requisite size etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 20 mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 25 mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement cast iron sluice valve for water supply purposes with CI drilled flanged end internally cast for 100 mm nominal bore class PN 1.6 horizontal type conforming to IS 760, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle & iron wheel non using type including jointing material complete such as rubber assertion packing rings with requisite no of nuts & bolts , washers of requisite size etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement non return valve for water supply purposes with CI drilled flanged end internally cast for 100 mm nominal bore class PN 1.6 horizontal type conforming to IS 760, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle & iron wheel non using type including jointing material complete such as rubber assertion packing rings with requisite no of nuts & bolts , washers of requisite size etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of stone masonary valve pit chamber of size 90cm x 90cm x 160 cm (internal dimension) in cement mortar 1:4 including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters as directed including PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 internally finished even and fair without using extra cement and flush pointing externally in cement mortar 1:4 including mild steel frame made out of angle iron 40x40x6mm and mild steel cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement with hinges, angle iron flat as required at site including dismantling of old valve pit and removing debris to low lying areas complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing of centrifugal pump electric driven AC 3 Phase 415 volt 10 to 30 HP capacity by replacing of unserviceable terminal blocks and 2 Nos. brass bearing, bushes and bolts and nuts and re-assembling same including varnishing with super enamelled varnish to motor winding at site including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old lorry filling point and removing debris to low lying areas and Construction of Lorry filling point of size 0.6m x 0.6m x 5m using precast cement concrete solid block masonary type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 over and including 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete solid block masonry shall be provided with 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 , surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement including earthwork complete. The masonry work including PCC sub base shall be 0.80 m below GL including neccessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.
