P/f of precast concrete reinforced benches (chair type) with back-rest, manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete and reinforced suitable to prevent damage during handling, transportation, execution and long use. The bench consist of 2Nos L-shape base support in gray/cement color of thickness -100mm, back height-1000mm and front height-450mm, base width-620mm and 5 Nos. reinforced concrete planks in red color of size 1500x100mmx50mm and 1No of reinforced concrete plank of size 1500x200x50mm all parts are joined together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size .All bots are sealed after assemble. Steering wheel The steering wheel is made from rotational molded in plastic and it is attached to the railing of the silde. this wheel gives a driving experience for the Children’s playing on it Horizontal climber 3’ ht The curve climber structure is made from 25NB GI pipes. The pipes are bended to from asemicircle .The steps of the climbers are fabricated from 20NB GI pipes. The pipes are welded to the 25NB frame at specific distance. The vertical support of the from 40NB GI pipes. The structures are to give as entotic look to the product Double swing with bucket In the double swing the leg support is made up of 40NB GI pipes and top pipe is of 50NB GI pipes with GI junction box with powder coating. The swing is made of 3-4mm thick LLDPE in Roto molding process .The buckets seat is fixed on 10mm thick rope. The ball bearings are mounted inside a specially designated nylon clamp.
