Deployment of 2 (Two) numbers of Semi-Skilled Manpower during office hours for emergency service.

Maintenance of 2(Two) numbers of hydrant System one each in ADDA Office and ADDA Guest House: • Carry out routine inspection • Replacement of pipe line, hydrant valve and sprinkler head etc with accessories if necessary, including cost of all material & labour charges. • Arrangement of Mock drill / test twice in a year including cost of all material & labour charges.

Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers, for ADDA Office and ADDA Guest House.including Refilling charges all complete.

Maintenance of Fire Pump House at ADDA Office and ADDA Guest House as below: • Check all base frames. • Check Coupling bolts & nuts. • Bearing lubrication. • General cleaning. • Routine run. • Recording all parameters and • Carry out routine inspection including cost of material and labour charges.

Maintenance of Smoke Detection System at ADDA Office and ADDA Guest House as below: • Carry out routine inspection • Smoke Detector • Manual Break Glass • Main Control Panel • Battery • Control Cable • Alarm Hooter • Noting down the defects observed during inspection of the above equipments in details & reparing / replacement if required. • Minor modification of detection system and replacement of devices if required including cost of material and labour charges.

Repair of pump, changing foot valve, suction pipe, flange joint, motor repairing including partial field coil binding at ADDA Guest House.
