REPAIRS TO CHARPOY GI PIPE PLY TOP AND CHARPOY IP HARDTOP HQ ACC AND S AND STATION UNITS UNDER GE (NORTH) AHILYANAGAR

Removing of existing 12mm thick plywood from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fix new commerical plywood 12mm thick BWP Marine IS 710 (2024) grade of including 4 mm thick Teak Wood beading alround and screw down to the GI pipe and mild steel squre tube with appropriate machine screw and nut complete all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable 3 way elbow of GI charpoy and supply and fix new 3 way, 32mm dia GI elbow, medium grade with ISI mark all as directed.

Removing unserviceable check nut of GI charpoy and supply and fix new check nut , 32mm dia and 6mm thick all as directed.

Removing of unsereviceable long rail of GI charpoy and supply & fix new long rail, 32mm , medium grade, ISI marked including cutting, threading at both ends and fixing all as directed.

Converting the unseviceable long rail obtained from item No. 1.04 above and converting into two short rails including cutting threading at both ends and fixing after removing the unserviceable short rails all as directed.

Converting the unseviceable short rail obtained from item No. 1.05 above and converting the same into two legs including cutting , threding at one end fixing after removing the unserviceable legs all as directed. Note : The rate quoted is deemed to include provision of 3 mm thick 50 mm dia MS circular plate welded to legs.

Removing of existing unserviceable mild steel square tube and supply and fix new mild steel square tube of size 20mm, 1.6mm thick, 3 feet long to the GI frame (long rail) by welding.

Removing of existing 12mm thick commercial plywood from charpoy IP Steel and supply and fix new commerical plywood 12mm thick BWP Marine IS 710 (2024) grade and screw down to the mild steel square tube with appropriate machine screw and nut complete all as directed.
