M&L for 20m thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or Gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410 -W, with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing including necessary steel scaffolding where required. Fe 410-W (GdeE- 250) quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet of any choice colour fixed with self taping screw/bolt in any height upto two storey building including necessary double steel scaffolding where required incl necessary double steel scaffolding where required upto two storey bldg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Balcony bench's primary material is made of a Mild Steel frame & FRP Stripes of high durability Frame painted with Powder coated Paint for a smooth finish which helps avoid corrosion to tolerate maximum seating weight (350KG), 100% washable and waterproof, Park Bench Dimensions : 60 x21 x30" complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour and design of bench will be specified by user/ engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F Tensile Structure of height 6-10 m in 900 GSM Fabric with both side PVDF Coating having 10 yrs warranty as per the company norms with necessary accessories like SS Rope Wire, fabric plates, M S Structure with Deco spray paint. Size:- 62 ft x 32 ft-1 No 22 ft x 22 ft-2 No’s Sioen (Belgium Make) 900 gsm/Sattler Fabric with both side PVDF Coated ( Patterning, Cutting with Swiss make fully automated cutting machine(ZUND) & Welding with the latest Swedish make High Frequency Welding Machine-FORSSTROM) Stretching with necessary Accessories, etc on M S Structure painted with Deco Spray Paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: The above structure is to be errected on site and all scaffolding items are to be catered, foundation work & the structural work to be done as per the desigin approved by Engineer in charge post NIT/IIT Vetting. Rough sketch of the structure will be provided by Engr in charge.

M&L for 12mm thick toughened glass railing. Railing comping strenght of stainless steel with the transparency of tempered or laminated glass, offering an unobstructed view while ensuring structural security complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, or sub floors foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
