Part A - Civil Works Earthwork Excavation in all Sorts of Soil for foundation trenches, walls, drains, plinths, footings, pedestals, colunmns and for all other miscellaneous foundation works etc., including Cutting / removing & clearance of jungle, bushes, grass & creepers etc. Shoring, strutting, bailing out water [if necessary], dressing, leveling & hand ramming he bottom of foundation base using wooden hand rammer with proper watering, refilling the sides of the foundation with excavated available good quality of Soil, leveling & hand ramming the sides of foundation base using wooden hand rammer with proper watering, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform collecting & disposing the waste soil or surplus soil, generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Part A - Civil Works Removing by chisteling / hammering / breaking of BB, CC Block, RR Masonry work with both side plaster, in cement mortar & other finishes if any etc. including collecting, shifting, loading, carriage, unloading & stacking the serviceable materials [such as Bricks, Stone rubbles & CC blocks & other servicable marterials] in Civil Sectional Store at Kaiga Township, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting, stacking the debris / unwanted materials upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the placer of work work premises, cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specifications and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all heights & lifts.

Part A - Civil Works Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Part A - Civil Works Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Part A - Civil Works Providing and laying RCC, 1:1.5:3, using 20 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded of hard, durable and approved quality for RCC works including mixing [valumatric / as directed by engineer-in-charge] including preperation of base by closed hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces; racking out the adjoining masonry joints and cleaning, machine mixing, transporting, laying, spraeding, consolidation, leveling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing removing staging / platform, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights. NOTE: OPC 43 Grade cement of reputed brand shall be used for executing this item.

Part A - Civil Works Providing and laying reputed make high yeild strength deformed Reinforcement Bars of all diameters confirming to grade D-500 of IS:1786 [latest edition] including preperation of base, cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & providing & tying using binding wire of suitable guage [soft annealed binding wire] for all insitu concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks [cover blocks shall be cast in same grade of concrete & cured properly] ,providing, fixing removing staging / platform, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights.

Part A - Civil Works Removing by chisteling / hammering / breaking of roof tiles / wall / floor tiles [thickness of tiles 10 mm. to 25 mm.], wall plaster and other finishes if any etc. including collecting, lowering / shifting, loading, carriage, unloading & stacking the serviceable materials [such as tiles] in Sectional Store at Township, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting, stacking the debris / unwanted materials upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. out side the periphery of the work premises, cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specifications and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations & all lifts / heights.

Part A - Civil Works Providing and fixing Powder Coated, Aluminium frames and Shutters for Windows & Ventilators [Normal & Sliding], two / three tracks [as per site requirement & as directed by engineer-in-charge] etc. with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285 powder coated to required shade, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, including neccessary filling up gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC felt etc. aluminium section shall be smooth, straight, mitred wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws including prepartation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Part A - Civil Works Providing and fixing of Aluminium composite panel of approved make and colour for wall cladding for Brick/Rcc/stone walls & coloumns/beams with necessary aluminium frame works at required level made out of 50x25x4mm C section or equivalent. The panel should consist of 3mm thick non-halogenated FR grade mineral based polymer ( 2 hrs fire resistance as per ASTM E119-12 and clause B, S1, do as per ENT 13501-1sandwiched between 0.50 skins thick aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surfaces will be finished with PVDF based coating on topsides and service coating on reverse sides would be in polyester paint. Supply of 1" (25mm wide) PVC casing capping, /Conduit 1.1mm wall thick , 'Precession/Presto plast' or equivalent ISI approved make. The item sample shall be shown to engineer in-charge and get approved before bulk supply.

Part B - Electrical Works Supply & Installation of 2.5Sqmm PVC Single core multi strand wire.

Installation of exhaust fans at openings provided for this purpose with its switch on switch box. The work includes assembling, fixing, making all the connections including earth connection. The installation includes supply and fixing of anchor fasteners/coach screws, 3C X 0.75/1 sq.mm copper cable for connection at ceiling rose as well as fan motor is in the scope of contractor. All as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Part B - Electrical Works Supply and Installation of Wipro/Syska/ Philips/ Havells/ Bajaj/ Crompton Greaves make, Box type luminaries with tube lamps 1x18 to 22 watts, cool day white.

Supply of Wipro/Syska/Philips /Havells/Bajaj/Crompton Greaves make, Box type, LED fixtures including all accessories and 1x20 watt LED tube lamp, cool day white, The luminaries shall be with all accessories and ready to install & use all as directed by engineer in-charge.

Installation of Wipro/Syska/Philips / Crompton Greaves make, 1x22/20 watt, cool day white, Batten Type , LED fixtures including all accessories with all connections made up to connector. The fixture shall be of Wipro make Garnet Part Number D532265_2 (1x22W ) or Syska make Item Model Number SSK-ALB--20W) or Philips makeSmart Brite/mirolta 22w,or ,Havells or Crompton make Radiance ray plus.

Providing of 36watt, 2ft X 2ft (600mm X 600mm) LED recess/surface mounting down light fixtures as per Havel's Cat. ENUSNEO2X2PLR36WLED865PO.

Part B - Electrical Works Providing and installation of Lighting / Power MCB Distribution boards:

Providing and installation of double door, 4 way, 4+12 modules, MCB DB consisting MCB's of 'C' characteristic curve, Minimum 6KA breaking capacity with neutral link and enclosure earthing provision. a) MCB DB of make Siemens (Cat. 8GB32202RC04)/ L&T Hager/Havel's/Bajaj/MDS Legrand/Indo Asian. b) 01 number 63 amps, 4 pole(TPN), 100mA sensitivity RCCB as incomer. c) 6+6 number 20 & 6 amps, single pole MCB. The new MCB DB's to be installed at wall by suitable anchor fasteners and the job also includes connection of incoming cable, all out going loads and dressing of all cables in DB. All required accessories and hardware's are in contractors scope to complete the job in all respect. All as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Installation, testing & commissioning of Lighting /Power/Receptacle MCB DB/panel. Work includes handling and shifting of panels to the location. Installation of MCB's neutral link and panel earthing arrangements. All the hardware required for the completion of job in all respect is in scope of contractor. All as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Part B - Electrical Works Providing and fixing of following items of Anchor / Lisha / Rider / Havel's / Cona / GreatWhite make poly carbonate type accessories on hylam sheet of switch box including making of all the connections.

Providing 6/10 amps, Polycarbonate, 2/3 pin socket with 6/10 amps SP switch on every main switch board and power socket boards wherever required and as instructed by the engineer in-charge .

Step type Electronic Fan regulator for ceiling fans. The make shall be of Anchor / Lisha / Rider / Havel's / GreatWhite.

Part B - Electrical Works Supply of COMBINED UNIT, 240V~ 50Hz, 20A/10A,Capton 5-In-1, With Box 4 Fixing Holes.ANCHOR PENTA 14620 .

Supply of COMBINED UNIT, 240V~ 50Hz, 20A/10A,Capton 5-In-1, With Box 4 Fixing Holes.ANCHOR PENTA 14620 . All as instructed by the engineer in charge.

Installation of SWITCH SOCKET COMBINED (5 pin), 20A/10A with Box with all connections Box to be installed with self threaded screws and PVC sleevs on wall/column. All consumables required for completion of job is in the scope of contractor,

Part B - Electrical Works Supply of 6A, 2-In-1 S.S. Combined With Box , SS Combined with Box with Box 4 fixing Holes. ANCHOR PENTA 38841. All as instructed by the engineer in charge.

Installation of 6A, 2-In-1 S.S. Combined With Box SS Combined with Box with 4 fixing Holes & with all connections Box to be installed with self threaded screws and PVC sleevs on wall/column. All consumables required for completion of job is in the scope of contractor.

Part B - Electrical Works Providing of 10 Litrs capacity 2 KW rating vertical mount storage Water Heaters , with Copper inner Tank and 5 STAR rating as per enclosed specifications, with ISI mark. Water heaters shall be suitable for high rise building with Water inlet pressure 6-7KG/Sq.cm and shall suitable to withstand continuous high water inlet pressure. Make- Havells / Bajaj. Majesty/Crompton / Racold/Venus/Spearhot/Astra. OR as approved by the engineer in-charge.

Part B - Electrical Works Supply and installation of plate type earth pit and construction of Earth pit chamber.

Supply and installation of plate type earth pit with chamber & cover. The pit size shall be 600 X 600 X 6.3 mm G.I. plate as per BIS : 3043. The scope of works includes supply of salt, charcoal , excavation of 2.5 Meter deep pit in all type of soil. The plate earth electrode shall be connected with 2.5 Mtr long 40 mm dia medium class GI pipe and placed in the excavated pit and shall be covered with alternate layer of salt and charcoal. Two Nos. 50 X 6 mm G.I. flat shall be welded to the plate and brought up to the top of pit. G.I. pipe shall be provided funnel for watering. All consumables like GI nut, bolts and washers., welding accessories, chanber & its cover, clod galvanising paint for welded joints is covered under the scope of contractor. All works to be carried out as per drawing, specifications and as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of GI flat of 25 x 3mm size Hot dip galvanized iron flat, 25 x 3 mm size, Industrial grade, suitable for Equipment earthing confirming to IS-4759- 2629. The zinc coating shall be 60-80 microns.

Installation of GI flat of 25 x 3mm size supplied aainst item No. 11.2. The cost of installlation includes cutting of required length, Laying on the wall/beam/on floor. chipping /clamping /welding/lugging of GI flat & connecting the bolt & nut as per the site requirement.
