SPL REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF SECURITY LIGHT POLES ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT AJMER AND SPL REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF OLD RUSTED STREET LIGHT POLES ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT RMS AJMER AND PROVN OF EXTERNAL EM SERVICES FOR NEWLY CONSTRUCTED OTM ACCN

M&L for removing and refixing the old existing Signage board including bracket, signal cable, TV & Bradband cable and music amplifier with cable already installed on old pole and shifting on new decorative pole without damage and checking for serviceability again after refixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L boaring holes horizontally under Road by trenchless technology without damaging the surface of road as per given/ directed depth below the road surface with the help of boring machine/ or by manual means and laying of DWC Pipe of required size dia for passing of UG cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : DWC pipe laid shall be measured seperately.

Taking down /out old Unsv underground Cable and Supply and laying in repair XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of cross-sectional area 4 core x 16 Sqmm, laid in trenches/ surface of Wall/in DWC Pipe including Brass Cable Glands Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, etc. and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation in hard/dense soil rock complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil/rock) and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of DWC Double wall corrugated Duct Pipe of size ,Outer Dia 40mm & Inner Dia 32mm for cable protection pipe in trench/wall/pole including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or stee all as shown in electrcal plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to continious earth wire or main switch board/ panel etc all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protection by 15 mm dia,light grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel, GI wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour in repair for earth continuity conductor or main Earthing lead of 4.00 mm dia GI wire, fix to pole, wall or buried in ground or down GI pipe or any type indicated situation for loop earthing/ lighting conductor etc as required with saddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling concrete poles/ struts, any size and transporting to contractor's store and stacking all as specified and directed.
