Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing.finishing the surface even & smoth without using extra cement all as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand of complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in floorings, finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying vitrified parking tiles of sizes (600X600) of 15 mm thickness conforming to IS 15622 in all colors and shades in outdoor floors and skirting meant for parking of cars and trucks,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc.of complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type of complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil of complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified.

S&F MS framed work such as fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified

M&L PVC coated GI chain link fencing 3.5mm dia with 50mm x 50mm mesh including fixing of MS line wire / rod, flat iron & machine made hexagonal or square head bolts to fencing posts complete all as specified.(supply only of MS rod and bolts will be measured and paid seperately) all as specified

Supply only mild steel screw bolts n exc 12 mm dia machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends for fixing of chain link fencing all as specified and directed.

Preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

De-watering & cleaning of septic tanks, Soak well, manhole, sludge chamber etc. by pumping out sludge water manually or mechanically including cleaning of shrubs/bushes vegetation 2.50m around the septic tank , necessary cutting pit for sludge burying and making good to usable condition of the same complete all as specified and directed .

Cleaning of sludges/silt from Nahani trap / floor trap including roding CI/PVC pipe from Nahani trap / floor trap to gully trap etc in position including removing of rubbish/sludge to a distance exc 250 m & n.exc 500 m all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the blockage in IWC, EWC, including roding CI/PVC pipe after opening the oval asses door of PVC/CI bend, branch pieces etc upto first MH and placing the existing oval access door in original position including removing the rubbish/sludge to a distance exc 250m & n.exc 500m all as specified and directed.

Systematicaly cleaning and desilting of pipe sewers of any type and dia upto 200 mm any depth by passing knots, bambboo, kamti and disc of required size, pumping out liquid waste/ sewage, plugging diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and stacking the removed silt/ sludge in deposits as directed including taking precautionary measures such as safety belts, dry cells, torch for lighting in side the manholes and drain etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt/ sludge removed to avoid bad smell and disposal of silt out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of drains (open) by desilting , including getting out depth up to 15 cm average of all vegetation, foreign materials, silt etc from drain and removing the materials outside MOD land all as directed.

Cleaning of drains by destiling mud, vegetation, debries waste materials deposits etc, cleaning/removing manually/mechanically up to a depth of 60 cm and removing the materials outside MOD land all as directed.

Cleaning carefully (with fresh water) the blockage in CI / PVC Pipe 75mm dia pipe on walls & ensure all blockage perfectly cleared including necessary scafolding up to a height of 20.00M all as directed.

Cleaning carefully (with fresh water) the blockage in CI / PVC Pipe 110mm dia pipe on walls & ensure all blockage perfectly cleared including necessary scafolding up to a height of 20.00M all as directed.

Cleaning carefully (with fresh water) the blockage in CI / PVC Pipe 160mm dia pipe on walls & ensure all blockage perfectly cleared including necessary scafolding up to a height of 20.00M all as directed.

M&L for preparing new/old wall in side shaft surfaces for cleaning the fungi/algae growth by washing/scrubbing etc, including making arrangements for scaffolding and making good any damage/weak surfaces (Plastering shall be measured and paid in respective item) to match the existing surfaces, all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Taking down scrubs/vegitation growth from crevices completely upto any height and applying suitable chemical (herbicide) making good with PCC 1:2:4 or necessary plaster with CM 1:4 wiith WPC complete with all safety equipments all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast Manhole cover slab with PCC( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate incl cost of use and waste of clean sawn wooden form work but excl cost of reinforcement all as specified .

M&L for TMT bars 6 mm to 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking and hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) of dia not less than 0.90mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made RCC Circular/Reactangular/squre manhole cover with cover frame comprise of cover size of 670 mm dia, 60 mm thick and overall cover frame size of 770 mm dia (outer), 560 mm dia manhole opening, 50-60 mm thick, with hot dip galvanized lifting hook, made of M30 or higher Grade concrete by vibro compression process, medium duty, confirming to IS-12592, duly fixed on manhole including demolishing of old damaged manhole cover with cover frame, complete all as directed.

M&L for factory made RCC cable duct / drain cover, 50 mm thick, made of M25 or higher Grade with 8 mm dia tor steel bar at 100 mm c/c, steel rims to prevent damage to the edges, 02 nos mild steel hooks, without hole, concrete by vibro compression process, medium duty, confirming to IS-12592, duly fixed on cable duct / drain including demolishing of old damaged cover, complete as directed.

Demolition of Precast Concrete work/ precast concrete block wall built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry using PCC (1:3:6) , Type C-1(using 20 mm stone agg) , exc10 cm in width and setting in CM( 1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC pipe 110mm dia any length as in weep holes fixed in PCC block masonary wall all as specified.

Excavating in trenches soft /loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, trench for drain pipes etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in fair faces of PCC block wall or concrete surfaces in CM(1:4) finished even & fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note :- Water Proofing compound shall be paid separately

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in fair faces of PCC block wall or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC may apply as per manufactures instructions or 3% by the wt of cement).

M & L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal esistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of WHITE colour with silicon additives coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface of wall/ceiling to prepare the surface even and smooth of complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement Corrugated or Semicorrugate in Roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.(Note : Height of the bldg up to G+3 storey including necessary safety arrangements) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, and straight flashing all as specified and as directed. S&F Aluminium flat iron work in wind ties 40x6mm size fixed with 50mm/ 75 mm aluminium self staging screws with integral EPDM washer screwed in roof covering all as directed.(Note :- Height of the bldg up to 15 mtrs including necessary safety arrangements) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided of complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories &stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement. etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
