REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT/ MAINTENANCE OF DG SETS INSTALLATION ALONGWITH ALLIED WORKS AT AF STATION BHISIANA UNDER GE (AF) BHISIANA

Material and labour for servicing of DG set 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA by draining out engine oil, removing oil filter, replace with new one and refill the engine oil, clean fuel feed pump, replace primary and secondary fuel filter along with Redi-wash 'O'-Ring, replace paper type air filter and safety cartrige, replace air cleaner oil bathe type, check alignment of exhaust system, check belt tension and tighten or loosen belt tension as per requirement, blow compressed air with the help of blower on radiator fins to clean it, check all the clips and tighten if required, clean battery terminals with cotton cloth, apply acid proof grease or petroleum jelly on battery terminals, check electrolyte level of battery and top up distilled water if electrolyte level is low, check electrical connection of starter and tighten if required check belt tension on charging alternator and adjust if required. Check output voltage of charging alternator. Tighten all the foundation nuts and bolts if required, check LLOP and HWT with multimeter, check stopper and adjust tightness of link wire if required, check tightness of wiring connection and adjust accordingly, remove RWL clean it check with multimeter and refit it, clean body of generator from inside and outside properly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 1 but of DG set 50 KVA to 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 1 but of DG set 125 KVA to 300 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item no. 1 to item no. 3:- 1) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of oil filters, fuel filters and air filters. 2) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of labour and transport charges. 3) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of Cleaning Clothes required. 4) Engine oil, distilled water, LLOP and HWT and Rediwash shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of BOQ.

Material and labour for calibration of wiring of engine safety control systems from control panel to engine control gadgets like high water temperature & low oil pressure and shut down valve, battery charger 12V, self starters etc for 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA DG Set and repairing of all the safety features complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 4 but DG set 50 KVA to 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 5 but DG set 125 KVA to 300 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repair and calibration of DG set governor mechanism as per calibration procedure and norms for 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA DG set installation and testing of the same after completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 7 but DG set 50 KVA to 100 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 7 but DG set 125 KVA to 300 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repair and calibration of FIP, fuel injectors including replacement of barel plunger and cup 'O' rings alongwith Plunger spring, Roller bearing, element, Delivery valve, Fuel injector nozzle element for 7.5 KVA to 300 KVA DG Set and testing of the same after completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
