M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall/ceiling sufraces and applying 1mm thick (average thickness) cement based putty and thereafter apply two coats of oil bound distemper on wall/ceiling surfaces over a coat of primer and using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 Mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment (OBD/oil paint/white wash etc) by scrapping with mechanical wall sander on wall/ceiling (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint.removal of nails etc & filling cracks/hole & windows/doors jambs repair in good shape by skilled labourand M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over and including cement base putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickeness 1 mm over and including primer the plastered/old painted wall/ceiling after scrapping to prepare the surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step - 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step - 2) Applying the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully autometic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a miximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step - 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall/ceiling thereafter filling of holes and cracks with wall care putty to obtain an even and smooth wall surface and applying one coat of white wash alongwith including scaffolding arrangement, trestles, ladders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel & steel based surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 5.5 mm thick premium quality silvered glass mirror of approved make, size and shape, suitable for fixing above wash hand basin, with all exposed edges machine ground, polished and bevelled to a uniform width of 20 mm, having distortion-free reflective surface and moisture-resistant protective backing, fixed to wall with approved quality mirror adhesive/neutral cure silicone and concealed fixing arrangements, including necessary screws, plugs, clips/spacers wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter exc. 1.5 sqm and n exc.4.00 Sqm each but without taking off shutters from the frame including make good disturb portion as the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
