Dismantling of existing structures like kerb wall and other structure comprising of masonry, reinforced cement concrete of diferent grades including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead including all labour,machinaries, fuel, tools, hire and running charges of all machineries and equipment, transportation, gate entry fees,all safety measures,all taxes but excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. N.B.: Steel scraps, pipes etc. if any found during dismantling need to be returned to Dept. with proper documentation.

Earthwork excavation in hard/cargo/mixed soils for formation and drain walls etc., including setting out, dressing of sides, ramming of bottom, stacked the excavated material for reuse with supply of all labour, material, T&P, fuels, gate entry fees, transportation with all leads & lifts, all taxes but excluding GST etc.all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling the saline sand in formation to the required level including transportation within a lead of 5Km.by private trucks with polythene covering at the top to prevent spillage/blowing of sand including loading at one end and unloading at other end, spreading in layers, leveling ,watering, compacting by VRR of 8 to 10 tonnecapacity in suitable layers with supply of all labour, materials,T&P, royalties, Port entry fees, engagement hire & running charges of all equipments, operator expenses, all taxes but excluding GST etc.all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(N.B-10% voids will be deducted from arrived Quantity)

Collecting Conveying Supplying and transportation of Quarry Dust of approved quality, conveying the same by private Trucks with all leads including loading at one end and unloading at the other, spreading quarry dust over the approved surface, compacting with VRR for both Dry & Wet rolling with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees, engagement hire & running charges of all equipments, operator expenses, cost of water, fuel, lubricants, all taxes excluding GST, etc.all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying with all lead and lifts by private trucks, loading at one end and unloading at other end the IRC Grade-I metal of size 45mm to 90 mmconfirming to sieve analysis as per MOST specification, spreading and laying in uniform thickness of 150 mm. thick in two layers on prepared road bed hand packing to proper camber & slope, filling the interstices with quarry dust as per specification, compacting by VRR of 8 to 10 tonne capacity for both dry and wet rolling including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, watering, hire & running charges of all equipments,operator expenses,cost of water, fuel, lubricants, Port entry fees, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying with all lead and lifts by private trucks, loading at one end and unloading at other end the IRC Grade-III metal of size 22.4mm to 53mm confirming to sieve analysis as per MOST specification spreading and laying in uniform thickness of 150 mm thick in two layers on prepared road bed hand packing to proper camber & slope, filling the interstices with quarry dust as per specification, compacting by VRR of 8 to 10 tonne capacity for both dry and wet rolling including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, watering, hire & running charges of all equipments,operator expenses, cost of water, fuel, lubricants, Port entry fees, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade cement concrete 1:3:6 Dry Lean Cement Concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, port entry fees, royalties, tollage, all transportation charges, all testing, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, operator expenses (but excluding cost of binding wire, cost of steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel), excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Coarse aggregate : 6 hard granite graded chips of 20mm & below size Crusher Broken) for PCC mixed in a Mixer Machine/ Batching Plant including form works made of ply/steel shutters, hoisting, laying over compacted surface, finished smooth to the exposed surface, compacting by rammer as directed, to proper level & gradient,barricading the work site if required, curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees, T&P and taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid, smooth leak proof centering & shuttering for form works made out of good quality new ply/ steel shutters including staging/ scaffolding for raft, pavement slab, wall or any other structure as and where required, providing openings of specified size on wall for weep hole, chipping &coaltaring after each use of shuttering materials, dismantling the same after stripping off period over with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees,all safety measures, taxes but excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Roof Slab

Supplying and laying 125 Micron polythene separation memebrane with overlapping of 300 mm at joints including cleaning the surface before placing the membrane etc., complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, taxes but excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer In Chrage. N.B:-No payment will be made for overlapping.

Cement concrete of M-35 grade (Using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for RCC road pavement work, mixing in a Batching plant, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying in panels of required size, providing thermocol at top 50 mm of the panel joints so as to create a gap of 12mm between panels, compacting by mechanical vibrator in two layers with 60mm needle vibrator and plate vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, curing by ponding, barricading the area for proper safety of the fresh concrete without obstructing the traffic, etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, port entry fees, tollage, all transportation charges, all testing charges of construction materials, compressive strength test of concrete cubes, core cutting, cost for design mix, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, taxes but excluding GST, cost of formwork, cost of joints, cost of steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel etc all complete as directed by Engineer in-charge. N.B:-Two separate Mix Design shall be conducted with different Cement brand for compressive strength of concrete.

Reinforced Cement concrete of M-20 grade by using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12 mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for R.C.C work, mixing in a Batching Plant of suitable capacity, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying, compacting by niddle vibrator of approved capacity, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, curing including the cost of water, barricading the area if required etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, Port entry fees, royalty, tollage, all transportation charges, all testing charges including cost for design mix, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries etc. taxes but excluding GST, cost of form work, cost of Reinforcement and labour charges for bending/ binding of steel. all complete as directed by Engineer in charge. [N.B:- (i)Two separate Mix Design shall be conducted with different Cement brand for RCC work, (ii) Provision of Batching Plant is essential (movebale is also acceptable].

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 85mm deep longitudional joints by fixing 10 mm dia 450mm long HYSD bars @ 420mm C/C painted 50mm at center with anticorrosive paint including providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface (250mm thick) with bituminous black paint, cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc, complete with cost & supply of all materials including reinforcement, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges of all machineries, port entry fees, safety measures, taxes but excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 60mm deep contraction joints by fixing 25 mm dia 450mm long mild steel round bars @ 300mm C/C including painting two third of the bars with anticorrosive paint & covering the same with 125 micron polythene fitted & cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc, complete with cost & supply of all materials including dowel bars, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges, of all machineries, port entry fees, safety measures, taxes but excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & forming 25mm wide x 250mm deep expansion joints by fixing 25 mm dia 450mm long mild steel bars @ 300mm C/C including painted 275mm length of bars with anticorrosive paint & covering the same with 125 micron polythene fitted and HDFC/G.I. cap of 100 mm long at the other end including fixing 25mm thick & 220 mm deep joint filler Board (Shalitax or equivalent) painting one side of concrete surface with bituminous black paint & sealing the groove with bitumastic filler etc, all complete with cost & supply of all materials including dowel bars, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges of all machineries, Port entry fees, safety measures, taxes but excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of Fe-500 steel confirming to IS- Specification of TATA/ SAIL/ VIZAG brands including straightening, cutting, bending,binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including cost of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all materials, labour, transportion, T&P, Tollage, port entries, taxes but excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (No Wastage shall be paid) N.B- Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc. on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter by using blower, demarcation at site and traffic control upto 10 cm in width.including all labour, fuel,tools and other equipment, gate entry fees, tollage, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Engagement of 5HP Diesel Pump sets and placing those pumps at required locations inside prohibited area for dewatering of stagnated water by pumping including fuel and consumable, providing required length of suction and delivery pipes with supply of all labour, T&P, engagment, hire & running charges of Pump, transportation charges, tollage, Operator cost, Port entry fee with barricading the same area if required etc. including all taxes excluding G.S.T all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.[N.B.:-(1) No idle charges shall be paid, (2) Log Book to be jointly signed by Contractor & PPT employees every day].

Providing necessary shoring & shuttering in the excavated portion made out of ply/ steel shutters and providing props to support the excavated pit upto the required extent, barricading the same if required, dismantling the same after work completed including staging, scaffolding with supply of all materials including all labour, tollage, royalty, Port entry fees, transportation, gate entry fees, safety measures etc. including all taxes excluding G.S.T all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying the Crawler Mounted Crane (18Ton Capacity) for lifitng purpose with supply of all labour, T&P, POL, lubricants, transport, engagement, hire and running charges of machinaries, Port entry fees,safety measures, operator expenses including all taxes excluding cost of GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge. [N.B.:-(1) No idle charges shall be paid, (2) Log Book to be jointly signed by Contractor & PPT employees every day].

Refilling with available excavated earth (excluding boulder, rubbish, debris, iron ore, coal and other deleterious materials etc.) by the sides of foundation in layers not exceeding 20Cm. thickness, compacting the deposited earth in layers by suitable method watering, disposal of surplus soil upto a lead of 5.0 km and all lift barricading the site if required with supply of all labour, tools, equipments,cost of water port entry fees, safety measures, all taxes excluding G.S.T allcomplete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
