Demolition of precast concrete block walling, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches , pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 type C-1 as in block masonery with solid blocks,exc.10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as Spfd

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 type C-1 as in block masonery with solid blocks,exc.10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, but excepet blocks, complete all as Spfd

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1: 4, mixing with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, including taking down cement plaster on brick or conc surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

M&L for preperation of new plastered wall surface of any description and applayng two coat of cement based paint over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of old plastered wall surface of any description and applayng one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick, Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreates) as in subbase of floors and pavings, for laying floor finishes, including demolition of cement concrete of any discription and removing demolised material out of Military station, complete all as specified and as directed by aengr-in-Charge.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size polished with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickiness M-40 grade, including demolition of existing unserviceable paver blocks and removing demolised material out of Military station, complete all as specified and as directed by aengr-in-Charge.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size polished with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickiness M-35 grade, including demolition of existing unserviceable paver blocks and removing demolised material out of Military station, complete all as specified and as directed by aengr-in-Charge.

M&L sand filling (50 mm average thickness) under floors in foundations and for laying Interlocking paver blocks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequred cement concrete tiles 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick, set ,pointed & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & pigments, .laid over 20mm thick cement screed base (1:6), including demolition of existing unserviceable chequered tiles and removing demolised material out of Military station, complete all as specified and as directed by aengr-in-Charge.

M&l for PCC type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded crushed aggregate as mass conc and filling of foundation, including demolition of cement concrete of any discription and removing demolised material out of Military station, complete all as specified and as directed by aengr-in-Charge.

M&L dressed granite or trap / Precast cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) (12.5 mm nominal size of graded course aggregate) Kerb stones roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30 cm ,so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall noot exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck finish, including demolition and removal of old damaged curb stones of any description, complete all as specified and as directed by aengr-in-Charge.

M&L for preperation of new surface on Brick,Concrete,Wall and Stone surface of any description descripton and applying two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard standing of flexural strenth 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using not less than 400 kg of cement per cubic metre , thickness of concrete 25 cm, including demolition of cement concrete of any discription and removing demolised material out of Military station, complete all as specified and as directed by aengr-in-Charge.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep X 10mm wide , filled with sealing compound Grade 'A', complete all as specified and as directed by aengr-in-Charge.

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for 250mm thick concrete slab, complete all as specified and as directed by aengr-in-Charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 7800.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
