Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam,clay and sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead 50 m & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches to the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth D.S.R No. 2.6.1

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. (Under Floor) as per DSR.No. 2.25 (a)

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form- work, in foundation.(DSR-4.1.8)

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre constructional -creating a chemical barrier under the around the column pits, walltrenches,effacement excavation top surface of plinth ,filling junction of wall and floors ,along the external perimeter of building expansion joints etc complete Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per IS 6313 (part II 1981) Aldrine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as chloropyriphos or heptatachlor or chlodrance will be used the rate of aplication of chemical emulsion shall be as follows- i)Treatment for masonary and foundation/top surface of plinth filling/soil under apron along external perimeter 5 Itr per sqm (ii) backfill in immediate contact with foundation/junctions of walls and floors /soil along external perimeter of building @ 7.5 ltr per sqm As per D.S.R No. 2.35.3.1

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:3:6 (6: stone ballast 40 mm gauge nominal size: 4 coarse sand: 1 cement) including supply of all materials,labour and T&P et.required for proper completion of the work and curring complete,also including cost of form work In foundation and floors. As per D.S.R. No. 4.1.5

M-150 class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of thework As per DS.R. No. 6.1.1

M-150 class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in Super Structure including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as Per D.S.R. NO. 6.4.1

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dresing complete.DSR 2.27

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone grit in propottions of 1:2:4 in lintels of door and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required forproper completion ofthe work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paidextra as per D.S.R. No. 5.1.3

P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. DSR 5.22.6
