All inclusive B/R and E/M maint of pump houses and OHTs in JCO/OR MD Accn area in Prayag, Triveni and Saraswati Vihar in Old Cantt, Prayagraj.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width for taking up/down underground water tubing and/or laying of CI/GI pipes (new or old) of any dia and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard & dense soil (in Road cutting / plinth) soil n. exc. 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width for taking up/down underground water tubing and/or laying of CI/GI pipes (new or old) of any dia and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil after the existing water pipe lines have been taken up/out and new existing pipe line laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old steel GI tubing 15 mm bore and connections from trench/floor/along wall including cleaning for refixing or removal from site (excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonery valve pit chamber of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm (internal dismension) including PCC, brick work and 3mm thick MS sheet cover, MS frame of angle iron size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm around valve pit, locking arrangement with pad lock of size 50 mm dia brass 6 levers with duplicate keys and paint all steel surface with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 80mm bore sluice valve heavy duty both ends flanged class PN-1.6 with high tensil brass spindle cast iron head perated wheel and cap top, nut bolt & washers including 3 mm thick rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair ductile iron fittings or specials for flanged / spigot socketed end pipe upto 150 mm bore conforming to IS-1538 and ISI marked such as bends , tapers, tee pieces (single & double branch) any type, and angle/radios amd Straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged complete all as specified and directed. (joints, excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L in repair for replacement of PP-R Flange socket of 110mm bore complete with necessary fittings as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Note: - (i) Cost of equipments tools & plants, material required for boring shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted above. (ii) PP-R Pipe shall be measured and paid separately.
