M&L for comprehensive maintenance by attending complaints of ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall mounted fan etc to make serviceable by replacement of defective parts complete all as specified and directed for the following location:- (a) CNo-64 (b)ASD Bldg (c) CNo-75 (d) CNo-43 (e)CNo-37 (f)CNo-23 (g)CNo-61 (h) CNo-70 Note:(i) Spare parts of for repair/replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Cost of manpower (01 electrician and 01 helper for replacement of spare parts on required basis basis excluding sunday/holidays or as per requirement basis deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Disconnecting & taking down, strip opening, cleaning all parts and packing of ceiling fan of any make and size & greasing ball bearing with specified quilty grease & re-assembling the ceiling fan as a one unit, complete all as specified. Note: Replacement of spare parts, rewinding, painting, cable for connection etc to be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'

M&L for hanging ceiling fan in position & re-comissioning the same including making electric connection complete all as specified & directed

All as per sel No. 01 here in before but of exhust fan/wall mounted fan any make & size complete all as specified.

M&L for fixing Exhust fan//wall mounted fan in position & re-commissioning the same including making electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of painted surfaces of ceiling fan of any make & size & applying one coat of synthetic enamel white paint by spray painting including making of MES No/Unit name bottom of the fan by applying balck paint complete all as specified & directed by EIC.

All as per srl No 5 above but gray paint/green for exhust fan/Air circulated fan size & make all as specified.

M&L for replacement of short circuit/over heated winding from stator of ceiling fan of any make having 1200/1400mm sweep with matching gauge & turns of super enamelled copper winding wire complete with leathered paper, glass sleeves, varnishing, baking, heating, drying, cleaning fan bearing/bushes, greasing, oiling complete re-assembling of fan with testing etc all as specified & directed by EIC.
