Dismantling the Ex.IWC and surki around the closet and clearing the site and disposing the debris 1 Km away including the cost of all labour, lead, lift, T&P etc complete.

Dismantling of existing damaged floor tiles and wall tiles without any damage to the existing structure including cost of labour, T & P safety arrangements, cleaning the site,lead,lift etc complete.

Supplying and fixing 25mm Dia CPVC pipes 6 kg/cm2 for water supply to toilet rooms, wash basin etc, including cost of all materials, cost of specials, labour charges for fixing in wall wherever necessary according to site conditions and as per the instruction of site Engineer ,lead and lift etc, complete.

Supplying and fixing in position IWC ORIYAA PAN of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthen ware of approved Make & quality with 'P' or 'S' trap conforming to IS-2556 - Part XII [Parryware or equivalent] with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in Lime concrete 1:2:5 [1/lime, 2/sand & 5/Brick jelly] 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and giving conncetion to sewer line including the cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift, T&P etc complete.

Supplying, aligning and fixing of 110 mm PVC waste water line (6 KG/Sq.cm) with necessary specials including including cost of all materials , labour, T & Ps ,lead, lift, etc, complete above ground level.

Flooring with first quality Antiskit tiles of johnson or its equivalent of size 300 x 300 x 5 mm to set in cement morter 1:3 toilet flooring including cost of all tiles, all leads, lifts, labours for laying fixing and finishing neatly as per standard specification including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T& P's, curing etc., complete.

Dadooing with glazed tiles of best approved quality of 300 x 450 x 8mm size over in CM 1:3-12 mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of PVC Screw Down Tap Heavy Type 15mm dia, labour charges for fixing ,lead &lift etc, complete.

White washing two coats with White cement approved quality over a primary coat over newly plastered surfaces including cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc., complete. (INNER & CEILING)

Painting two coats with ready mix plastic emulsion of first class quality paint and approved colour over a priming coat including through scrubbing clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including necessary plaster of Paris, petty, wherever required - 10sqm (INNER)

Supplying & fixing Pin headed/Rouged glass 3mm thick for replacement of damaged ventilator glasses including the cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift, T&P etc complete.

Painting two coat to all exposed faces with enamel paint for iron work after through scrapping (For old iron works) over one coat of primary coat including cost of all materials, lead,lift etc complete

Supply and fixing of 9W LED bulb with angle holder and PVC round blocks on wall or ceiling including cost of all material, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position White / Colour Special Delux Model Glazed Cascade Type Parryware / Hindware / Equivalent Wall Mounted European Water Closet of best quality and approved make with 100mm “P” or “S” trap connecting with CI pipe of 100mm dia / PVC pipe of 110mm dia, double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with CP brass hinges including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., including supplying and fixing 10 litres capacity PVC / 12.5 litres capacity porcelin low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets, etc., complete with all fittings, such as, 15mm brass ball valve with polythene float with brass handle, union coupling connected by means of 40mm white PVC flush hand using indian adopter joint including all internal fittings, such as, 15mm bras connections, 15mm GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple (2 Nos.), 15mm nylon connection, TW plugs, screws and also giving necessary connection to the PVC pipe and painting the CI brackets with 2 coats of approved paint over one coat of red oxide primer, dismantling the masonry and re-doing the dismantled masonry to original condition, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The EWC and flushing tank with all accessories should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works) with 10 litres capacity flushing tank with all internal dual flush fittings with normal seat cover Wall Fitting .

Suppling and fixing hand wash basin of 550 x 400 mm size with all accessories such as Cast iron Brackets ,32 mm dia CP wash coupling , rubber plug and chain ,32 mm dia 'B' class waste pipe ,15 mm dia GM wheel valve ,15 mm dia Nylon connection ,15 mm dia Brass Nipples, 15 mm CP pillar Tap etc., white with pedastal, cost of all materials , labour charges for fixing ,cost of furniture fittings as per the instruction of site engineers,including cost of all material, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of with good Quality of 23 mm Gun Metal gate valve including cost of all materials, labour for fixing lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm blue cum postsor casurinaposts or bests quality bamboo posts of 4m over all length (3.0mt height +0.5m projection+0.5m into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 2.25m and the spacing of posts being in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces @ 2m c/c including longitutional and transverse middle braces to setup and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm tk 1m width etc in a complete form using coir and nails 1m run including cost of all material, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
