Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4.0 Sqm each complete with hold fasts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description area exc. 1 Sqm and n. exc. 2 Sqm and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames of size 105 mm X 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames of size 125mm X 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 35mm thick factory made, 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebeated and prepared to received glass, gauzed, without sash bar edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc, size of member of shutter as per specified in SSR Part-I Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) and for door and fixed with chowkats, chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood, 40mm thick plain, framed panelled shutters (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides (Feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers, fitterd to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing cupboard shutters made of 19 mm thick block board, finished with 1.0 mm thick decorative laminate (sunmica) on outer face and 0.8 mm laminate on inner face, including 2 mm thick PVC edge banding / hardwood lipping on all exposed edges, complete with necessary hardware fittings such as stainless steel hinges, handles, magnetic catch / tower bolt, screws, etc., fixed in position, complete in all respects as per approved design complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfaces over a coat of pink primer of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1st class hard wood small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessary' labours; articles n. exc 200 cu. cm each complete all as specified and directed.
