Providing and fixing of Hollow metal General purpose door at all levels from ISO 9001-2000 certified Manufacturer (Sukriti / Navair / Promat / Shakti met) with or without vision panel. Pressed Galvanised steel Single /Double leaf to required sizes of approved make which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277. Door frame shall be Single rebate profile of size 100 x 58 mm made out of 1.20mm thick galvanised steel sheet (18 gauge). Frames should be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Door leaf should be 46 mm thick , double skin door shell and manufactured from 0.80 mm thick galvanised steel sheet (22 gauge). The infill material shall be resin bonded honey comb paper glued and sandwiched in between with an interlocking arrangements. Vision lite wherever applicable should be of size 150mm x 750mm. All doors should be factory preped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks and door closers. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement slurry if recommended on the clear masonary opening. Door leaf should be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm (22 guage) thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid with steel stiffeners/ pads and reinforcement. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors should be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be asper joinery details with a screw on glass beeding on the inside. The glass should be 5mm clear toughened glass. Louvers when recommended should be site proof and shall be flush fixed on the external surface. All doors and frames shall be finished with etched primer coating, stove zinc phosphate primer and thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved RAL colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt sprey test. Rate should include supply and installation of door and hardware set as mentioned in the door and hardware schedule. Providing and Fixing Channeled Woodworks perforated panels of Armstrong Industries or approved equivalent make of width 128mm, thickness 16mm and length 2440mm or as required by the Engineer-in-Charge, made of a high density particle board substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade/ species & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a (“Helmholtz” fluted perforation of 2mm width and 14mm of visible panel / 4mm width and 28mm visible panel) each. The panels shall provide a minimum sag resistance of RH90 and a fire rating class of 1 as per Part 7 of BS 476. The edges of the panels shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven acoustical fleece. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Wooden battens of section 50mmx50mm or as approved by the Architect are installed on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 800mm centre-to-centre. Cut to size and screw the aluminium section frame for border panel (GTITC002) provided by Armstrong over the lowest and second wooden batten. Install the wooden panels one-by-one by inserting the groove of the panel. Install the aluminium section extruded frame for inside panel (GTITC001) with the longer end away from the inserted panel and shorter edge into the groove of the installed panel. Place this against the wooden batten and screw. Continue installing rows of panels till the actual height/length is achieved. Glue or screw the glass fibre insulation on to the wall in the void formed between the wall and panels, if required.

The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be corrosion resistant epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. Waterproofing of Podium (Landscape areas) Waterproofing treatment with two-component solvent free Pure Polyurea. All substrates, whether new or old, must be solid, clean, dry and free of all traces of oil, grease, old paint, rust, mould and any other material which could affect adhesion. The pullout strength of the concrete shall be >1.5 Mpa & the moisture content of the substrate should be < 4%. Supply & application of two-component,heavy duty, solvent-free, spray applied, pure-polyurea based waterproof coating membrane of Mapei/BASF/SIKA/Fosroc/MYK Arment or equivalent applied in situ using a high-pressure, bi-mixer type pump to form a tough waterproof membrane of 1.5mm thickness. The waterproofing membrane system, a multi-layered system comprising of a series of substrate sealers, primers, waterproofing membranes and protective top-coats. The cleaning and preparation of the substrate to which the polyurea is sprayed must be carried out thoroughly to leave a sound base for the application. Concrete and other cementitious substrates must have a minimum pull off strength of >1.5 N/mm2. Any laitance present on the surface must be removed mechanically. Release oil and other contaminants which may impair adhesion must be removed prior to the application of the primer, the system shall consist of Epoxy based fillerized, broadcasted with Quartz sand(0.5) for mechanical grip. Thus applied Polyurea membrane shall exhibit a Elongation of >300%, Tensile strength of >20 N/mm2 and Tear resistance of >80 N/mm, Shore Hardness (A) of 90 or more and quick reaction of product when applied by spray: gel time at +70°C < 6 seconds. Protection Layer: Providing and laying a protection layer of 300 gsm Polypropylene geotextile over the spray applied membrane to protect against any damage during the placement of weathering / slope course, concrete slope screed etc Note:The application of all the above systems shall be carried out only by the manufacturer's approved applicator. Item includes provision of a QA/QC procedure etc., all complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge. Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.
Providing and applying two coats of High Albedo paint having minimum Solar Reflective Index (SRI) 108 (with solar reflectance & thermal emittance tested as per ASTM) C 1549 and ASTM C 1371 respectively), VOC less than 10 cc/gm. The coating thickness and the methodology of application shall strctly as per manufacturer's specifications and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Surface preparation includes cleaning with metal wire brush to remove all dust, fungus etc., washing with water all complete. The contractor shall give guarantee for the perfomance of SRI and also the durabitity of coating, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Grading roof for water proofing treatment with ement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear metre (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure, such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc.. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running metre. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guaranteed for 10 years against any leakage.
Wet areas Waterproofing Providing and applying two component acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproofing (BASF / Sika / Fosroc / MYK Arment) of approved brand over wet areas . The system shall include base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flacky materials, grouting the porous area with cementitious grout, proper coving between slab and wall junctions and applying water proof material in two coats @ 0.75kg/M2/coat. Coating shall be done on the entire horizontal surface. and shall be continued vertically 300 mm above the wall level,etc., complete as per manufacturer's methodology and specification.(Plan area only shall be measured for payment.)

(c) Providing and filling, two part pump filled, structural silicone sealant and one part weather silicone sealant compatible with the structural silicone sealant of required bite size in a clean and controlled factory / work shop environment , including double sided spacer tape, setting blocks and backer rod, all of approved grade, brand and manufacture, as per the approved sealant design, within and all around the perimeter for holding glass. (d) Providing and fixing in position flashings of solid aluminium sheet 1 mm thick and of sizes, shapes and profiles, as required as per the site conditions, to seal the gap between the building structure and all its interfaces with curtain glazing to make it watertight. (e) Making provision for drainage of moisture/ water that enters the curtain glazing system to make it watertight, by incorporating principles of pressure equalization, providing suitable gutter profiles at bottom (if required), making necessary holes of required sizes and of required numbers etc. complete. This item includes cost of all inputs of designing, labour for fabricating and installation of aluminium grid, installation of glazed units, T&P, scaffolding and other incidental charges including wastages etc., enabling temporary structures and services, cranes or cradles etc. as described above and as specified. The item includes the cost of getting all the structural and functional design including shop drawings checked by a structural designer, dully approved by Engineer-in-charge. The item also includes the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working structural glazing as specified, cleaning and protection till the handing over of the building for occupation. In the end, the Contractor shall provide a water tight structural glazing having all the performance characteristics etc. all complete as required, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. Note:- 1. The cost of providing extruded aluminium frames, shadow boxes, extruded aluminium section capping for fixing in the grooves of the curtain glazing and vermin proof stainless steel wire mesh shall be paid for separately under relevant items under this sub- head. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area of structural glazing (including width of grooves ) on the external face shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places. Note:- 2. Providing, driving with hydraulic piling rigs with power units and installing driven cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete secant piles of grade M-30 of 600mm diameter and length, to carry safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement and concrete but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution,cost of shoe and the length of pile to be embedded in the hard rock strata etc. all complete. which involves below mentioned activities. a) Driving a metal casing, permanent or temporary with a shoe at the tip and displacing the material laterally. b) Providing steel reinforcement cage with cover blocks etc. which shall be paid under the respective steel item c) Providing M 30 grade concrete using tremie method which shall be paid under the respective concrete item d) Excavating around the pile for a depth of 1m post concrete and breaking 1m of the top of the pile, removing the debris to a location as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : 1) Chipped off concrete shall not be measured for payment. 2)The Contractor shall submit to the Engineer a pile installation programme. The proposed sequence and timing of pile installation shall be such that the installation works shall not cause any damage to adjacent piles. Piling works shall not commence until approval of the Engineer has been obtained. 3) Piles shall not be bored into other piles which have recently been cast and which contain workable or partially set concrete that a flow of concrete or instability could be induced or damage caused to any installed piles. 4) The Contractor shall also carry out necessary grouting or sealing using suitable materials to control and prevent collapse of the boreholes or lost of drilling fluid or lost of concrete during installation of secant piles
Providing and Laying in position Ready mixed cement concrete of M-30 grade for piles using tremie method including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads etc complete . Top of piles shall be chipped off to desired level as directed by Engineer in-charge. Chipped of concrete shall not be measured & paid and chipped concrete shall be disposed off as directed by the Engineer In Charge.
Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Note: 1. Initial Load Test shall not be carried out by Dynamic method of testing. Note: 2. Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note: 3.
