Engine Servicing / Repairing i/c dismantling of old & damaged spares, cleaning and replacement of filters & other spare parts , tuning setting, checking, testing the Engine on actual load etc. as required.(Cost of spare parts excluded in this item & lube oil supplied by the department)

Attending Fault Complaint i/c testing / checking for fault finding, rectification of minor fault, adjustment, etc. as required.

Fuel tank cleaning etc. as required

Charging Altenator ( Dynamo)

Repairing and servicing of Fuel injection pump i/c replacement of faulty components ,tresting , calibration etc. complete as reqd .

Supplying & fixing of three Phase AVR suitable for voltage regulation in DG set upto 62.5 KVA Capacity EA set i/c testing etc. complete as reqd.

Supply of 12V, 130 AH lead acid Battery (For EA rating 30/40 KVA) i/c transportation to site,loading and unloading etc as reqd Make: Exide, Model-XP1300 or S.S

ITC of 1 No 12 V 130 AH Lead Acid battery i/c initial charging, installation & commissioning with exchange load etc. as required.

Providing of battery charger of 12 Volt, 10 Amp SMPS type with constant current & constant voltage including protecting arrangement i.e overcharging complete with fully automatic faunctioning i/c connecting lead and clamp etc as required.
