Clean the entire surface thoroughly and over this prepared surface, apply three coats of polymeric waterproofing coating having a breathable non toxic acrylic polymer liquid of approved make & approved by Engineer in charge, over this waterproofing treatment, provide and lay brick bat coba of average 112 mm thickness.
