Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of air cooled type Package Type Air conditioners with nominal cooling capacity min 22 TR, 264000 Btu/Hr, (Design condition : Temperature 23+-2,) charged refrigerant R410A, 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 HZ with Pure polyester powder coated GI steel , comprising of Scroll compressor equipped ,copper refrigerant piping as per OEM recommendation up to 50 Mtr(Copper Pipe Make: Mandev, Rajco & Maxflow) (Copper Pipe Size - 28.6mm & 12.7mm) ( (set of two for suction and discharge for each compressor circuit from indoor to outdoor ), Anti -corrosion condenser Fin coating for out door unit condenser unit with suitable size condenser coil, fan motor etc electrical interconnection between indoor and outdoor units as per OEM recommendation, Drain Pipe PVC (UPVC Quality) upto 20m, with precharged refrigerant R - 410a , antivibration pads, ODU MS Stand & necessary PCC foundation as per OEM recommendation complete all as specified and directed. Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile including all accessories, including all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete including necessary MS Channels, gurder supports as approved by Engg -in-charge including making of hole in any type of wall and making good with plastering work, mesonary work and necessary MS channel supports complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

20 Gauge.

Supply and fixing fire proof double layered canvas cloth connection for Package ACs outlet including inspection opening complete with flanges made out of 22 GSS Sheet on both side for connection to AHE and duct with nuts , bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing acoustic lining of supply air ducting complete with GI frame , tissue paper , 26 Guage perforated AL Sheet 25mm thick of density 32 kg/cum fiber glass insulation.

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of GI volume control dampers with connected accessories for opening and closing of damper all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Acoustic treatment/ lining of area of Package room with 22G, GI channels of 50x50 mm size fitted at 600x600mm girds. These girids will be fitted with 50mm thick 32 kg/cum fiber glass insulation covered be fiber glas tissue and 24 G Al perforated sheet and as required . The joint should be minimium overlapping of 75mm with 30mmx 3mm aluminium strip covering . All corners shall be provided with 20x20x2mm aluminium angle with stainless steel counter sunk screws.

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing of electric cable XLPE insulated, 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with stranded Copper conductor laid in trenches/duct/pipe including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

Dismantlling & Shifting of Existing 12000CFM AHU at first floor of CENTRAD Building with taking out old power and contral wiring, repair & Cuttiing of MS Piping and Deposite to MES Store as directed by Engg -in-charge

Material and labour for earthing complete with gavanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below gorund level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr beolw normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32 x 6mm size upto a distance of 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts , check nuts and washers of galvnised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated and testing complete including execvation earth work drilling holes for electrode PCC pit & cover , funnel , water pipe , lugs etc.

Supply and installation, testing, commissioning Indoor type feeder piller Box made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet , 415 Volt, 3 phase , 50 HZ supply factory made & MS angle section 50 x50x 5mm frame with front and back openable with provision of locking arrangement dust & varmin proof , gasket,Aluminium 400 Amp TP busbar & 300 Amp for Neutral shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on proper insulator, gland, welding hinges of dust proof duly spray painted inside and outside of panel with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint grey complete all as specifed and directed & Connisting of the following equipments:- (i) MCCB 315 Amp, 4 Pole , 50 KA - 01 No ( Incomming) (ii) MCCB , 4 pole , 35 KA, 100 Amps -03Nos (iii) MCCB , 4 pole , 35 KA, 63 Amps -01Nos (iv) single Multifuction meter RE485 Port -6436 -01 Nos, MAKE- Schneider/Siemens/Socomec) (v) Indication Lamp 22.5 mm dia LED type 240Volts AC to show three phase availability- 01 set MAKE : L & T/Secure/Conserv (vi) Solid aluminium bus bar 1200 Amp for 3 phase , 1200 Amp for neutral (vii) PCC and block Mesonry work for grouting of panel complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as earthing strip 25x4mm galvanised iron strip all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in, Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (i.e. soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screende, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire moured, electric power cable heavy duty with standard aluminimum conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3.5 Core , 95Sqmm
